The food was decent, but the customer service was terrible. They were chatting amongst each other while my father and I were trying to get the individuals attention. And when we finally did, he was acting as if he didnt care that we were paying customers and was not complying based off our specifications for the food we were ordering. They took customers behind us before they took us even though we had our food and were waiting in line patiently. When we addressed that to the same employee who was doing his own thing earlier, he said we were gonna end up waiting anyway because my father was taking out his card for purchase. Very disrespectful behavior, very unprofessional, will not return and will address this to the owner if no action is taken soon. Not satisfied at all, not the only place to get this kind of food and was surprised to find them acting as if they were the only ones who do.

Clean, Great Appeal, wide variety of middle eastren foods, affordable with good service...it opened not too long ago, i went there few times with my family we tried few different items everytime and never experienced any problems. one thing though sometimes you could wait 15 minutes for a sandwich or certain menu items so it is better to call ahead of time...when i asked why they take time, they said that they try to keep it as fresh as possible...which is very much worth it if you are willing to spare the minutes...

The workers there were rude and not nice at all, they had no order in place, you can be in line and yet they will be ignored. The food was not good, tried the meat Kabab to order, the sandwich took fifteen minutes to make and was not good: the meat was hard and the sandwich did not have any flavor to it what so ever!! Will never go back there!! Clean and neat does not matter when you provide rude service to people!!

Why are you so grumpy? Habibi, people are waking up early for morning prayer, and then come give you business and see you like this ;( ??? Thats propbably why you are stuck there habibi!

Best Falafal Ever WOW. OK folks this super great bakery and eating spot has got me so hooked on the very best Falafal ever. We tried the Kafta platter with humus and the chicken platter Shawarma with salad. The chicken was craved off the spit. The humus was very smooth and creamy. I really need to get back and try this very large menu of goodies.

where do i start....chicken sub? they grill chicken right there infront of you.....saj style subs...amazing....and i had their cheese bread..sambosek cheese....now that is heavenly....i recommend calling for ur chicken subs as it takes them at least 15 min

Dont go to this place. The jerks behind the manakish/ bakery area are simply jerks and liers. I came several times and asked for fresh manakish and they always give me the old ones from the day before. I raised my concern and it seems they did not care.

Food is delicious. Their mini pastries are amazing and we keep coming back for more (especially when fresh). The service could use some improvement but its not bad. Love how they play Quran in the background as well. Overall, solid place for food.

The saj style pies are absolutely phenomenal. Open all night during ramadan. It also has a small convenience store inside with any necessities and drinks. Good cozy seating area as well. Good place for breakfast with the family.

Got the shish tawook platter, which was good. But the exceptional part was the spinach, meat, and cheese and parsley and cheese pies. Absolutely spectacular. These are a must try and I highly recommend them.

Good food very reasonable prices. Maybe the best baba ganoush we have ever had, smokey and garlicy. Beef rice and spinach pie were very tasty too. We found them while on vacation and wish we lived closer!

They dont listen to your spacific orders. people are arogant and rude. dont ask for anything well done becuase it will end up the complete opposite happend twice already. the food is just ok.
