We went here as a family and ordered breakfast. We had not been to an ihop in years. Usually we eat at Dennys because it is near to our house but on this day we were out shopping at the mall and wanted to go somewhere the kids would like. Right when they braught the food it was instant dissapointment. The meal sizes were so small we were seriously all finished eating in about 5-7 minutes.Than we were all just sitting there still hungry and not know what to do. We actually all ended up ordering another combination breakfast meal. This is something that has NEVER happened to us before. Never have we been in any restraunt and had to order 2 complete meals for each person. Our bill ended up being almost double than when we would have paid going to a decent dinner restraunt. We will never go to I hop again. I reccomend Dennys. You get so much more for your money there. I do however like the differant varieties of pancakes you can get at ihope and the food is good but dennys is so much more value for your money.

I have eaten at Ihops all over for many years.First time was on my honeymoon 20 years ago.I go in now to order the strawberry/banana stuffed crepes minus the bananas.I went to this Ihop today to get my usual crepes when the waiter told me it was no longer on the menu.So I ordered nothing and just watched my company eat his breakfast.Why in the world would this be removed???? Makes no sense...Its what they are known for is their pancakes and crepes.I wont ever eat at this one again and if the one down by my house takes it off the menu then I will have no reason to ever go to any Ihop ever again.So disappointed in Ihop.I loved their stuffed crepes so much I was ordering them by 3 servings at least 3 times a week and taking them home for dinner.Please put it back on your menu and I will be back again and again.

Apparently not an after hours service establishment. Asked the cashier at the door if they had pumpkin pie, she said best in town. When she seated us and took our order, she said that she was joking that they didnt serve pie. I should have left then but my kids wanted to stay and eat. After my son finished eating his entire omlet and pancakes, the waitress brought out my daughters ice cream sundae, and my other boys short stack of pancakes. She quickly said, "Oh I didnt know the food alredy came,I was in the back waiting for it to all get finished cooking." Finally after waiting 20 additional minutes for the bill the waitress said, " I am sure you are ready to pay and get out of here!" Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.

I just left Ihop only to be disappointed once again. My waitress was Elvira M whom didnt do a great job at waiting our table. She didnt smile and only came to our table twice,1 to bring our food and 2 to give us our receipt before I could taste my food good. My food was cold but I didnt complain, my to go tray was dirty I politely gave it back to her.But what took the cake was when I paid for my food she had the nerve to keep a dollar without me telling her to or without knowing rather I had left one on the table already. I smiled, and said have a good day.Its crazy cause even though she didnt deserve a tip I had planned to give her one anyway. Last time going there.

Went in for free pancakes today. I dont know if its just me or perhaps it was the day in which I decided to eat at IHOP but...those pancakes were CRAZY salty. But this didnt bother me as much as the workers there... As soon as I walked in, these "teenage" waitresses all just stood there and chatted away even though we made eye contact. No greeting, no welcome, and a poor attitude towards customers; very unprofessional. After awhile, one proceeded to seat us. Throughout the entire meal, they were up front at the desk chattering away while the entire place was packed and busy. First visit ever to IHOP, and definitely will be the last. Im heading back to Dennys.

I cant believe this place is several years old. Looks like it just opened last week. Yes, its that clean. First coupla times I showed up, it was packed to the gills, with people waiting outside...in the rain. But I could easily see why--they seat people VERY quickly, and the food was superb. I dont mean like I was hungry and wouldve happily chowed down on shoe leather. I mean more like I eat at lots of these places (Dennys, Waffle House, IHOP, etc.) and this one had by far the best food. Plus, the wait staff is incredible--felt like I was at a 4 star restaurant. Truth be told, Ive always avoided IHOP. But this one is my new favorite local restaurant.

My boyfriend and I went in about 11:45 to order take out, before placing our order I asked the manager how long it would take to get our food and she said "15 minuets." After we decided to order we waited a total of 45 minuets until we got our food. NOT TO MENTION, the food was cold and when we got it and when we got home to eat we saw that they had forgotten to give my boyfriends hashbrows and my pancakes!! Once I realized I called their number a total of 10 times and they either let the phone ring or disconnected it so that I wouldnt ring anymore. Very disappointed wouldnt ever reccomend this place. IHOP has lost a loyal customer.

There are a few things about this particular IHOP that I love the first is that they are open 24 hours a day which makes a night owl like me very happy . The staff is incredibly friendly especially during the less busy times it nighttime early morning hours etc. weekend mornings are a bit chaotic but the service is still at usually very good . Everything I really enjoy is if you look at pictures of food in the menu seldom do they actually come out from the kitchen that way at most restaurants at this IHOP the food looks like the pictures... somebody back in the kitchen is doing things right and paying attention .

We went in and everything was ok. We notice a young waiter standing there having a good conversation with 2 young ladies from the time we walked up Sat down and waited for a good 5 minutes.. He left and was motioned that he had a table and when he came back he mentioned he would be right with us, he should of said that before he walked away. Before he got our drink orders we walked out, because we felt we would be waiting longer then we wanted especially after working 10 hrs. We wont be going back. Getting better service from the IHOP in seatec.

This Ihop location was great before, till I noticed they automatically charged an additional 15% tip on my card without letting the customer know AFTER GIVEN THE FINAL RECIEPT OF MY PURCHASE. My server LUCY was very rude, unrespectful and never listens to your order. I dont recommend anyone here and if you do decided to go DONT TIP because they will automatically tip them selfs. And make sure you place a line on the tip and your total amount and then sign on your final receipt. I WAS COMMITED FRAUD BY THIS LOCATION-TUKWILA.
