The ABSOLUTE worst Lets Ive ever been to. The customer service was horrible and the manager was extremely rude. The waiter kept getting my order wrong so I nicely laughed and repeated it for him several times. We even laughed about it. The manager came over to ensure he got it right so I repeated it for him. Got home and my order was wrong. When I called to let them know so that I could go back he was dismissive and rude plus proceeded to tell me they altered my original order because they were out of an ingredient so I asked why they didnt tell me when I picked it up he slammed it in the cashier and the kitchen staff. Now how do you get my order wrong and not have whats supposed to be on the wrong stuff you gave me?????

I usually Dont do reviews, but I feel like my case warranted one. I placed an ordered from the Ledos in Clinton last night about 30-45min before close. Customer service was great, however the pizza and wings that I ordered was below par. I didnt realize this until I got home of course. My toppings slid off the pizza and my wings were overcooked. It was too late to return my order that night so the following day, I called and asked for the manager. Rhamann (the manager) was more than glad to replace my order. This time around, everything was fresh and perfect!! I will be definitely visiting this location again.

The food is fine -- typical Ledos. The service is the issue. Sometimes they are nice and everything goes fine. But often they are rude, inefficient, and disorganized. When there IS an issue, their attitude is the customer is wrong -- and theyll argue for 10-15 minutes rather than fix it or even hang up so they dont have to deal with you. If you DO actually manage to get them to address a problem, the owner/manager barely knows how to use the computer system, so then he CANT do anything useful to fix it! Very frustrating. NEVER leave this store without double and triple checking EVERYthing in your order.

Much bigger inside than it appears, the person who served us seemed nice. However, it has a low-class feel and the food was just OK. It kind of made me wonder if our sandwiches ingredients were sourced from the nearby Safeway - that is, it tasted like something youd make at home. Nothing anywhere near Potbellys, Quiznos, Subway, etc. With so few dining and coming in, I found it odd that our food took like twenty minutes to arrive (just sandwiches). Theres a very small chance Ill return to this location and if I do, Ill try the pizza instead.

When I called to order my food the girl hung up the first time. And I called right back and she had an attitude. She wassnt kid only thing she said was volition ledo. And nothing else. Like can you speak tell me the specials something got dam. I order and she seemed like she was rushing me off the phone. I wanted something else and she made me not want nothing but my pizza I only got it cause I wanted pizza. But I will not return to this location. I just travel to college park. And ugly in the inside.

First things first I waited 15 mins past when they said my take out order would be done; witch seamed to be the norm because their was at least 5 people waiting, some waited even longer thiem me .The fries where stale and they where supposed to have baccon on them but when I got them home no baccon. Service was normal and the pizza was good except being a little cold. Either way I will not be returning

The staff was outstanding, timing was great but pizza was awful! Frozen Ellios Pizza has a higher quality than this chain, I have been to several within the region and was disappointed in the product each time. My "One Star" rating is solely based on the products quality and taste.

I always get mine to go and never had an issue, except with the gluten free pizza. Dont get it, ledos has not yet mastered the art of a great gluten free crust. The crust was so tough I couldnt cut through it. However the original pizza recipe is amazing, love the sauce!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SICK PLACE !!!! Me and my husband went and ordered pizza & waited almost 30 min, finally we got our food and left. As Im eating the pizza I discovered a roach in the pizza dough I was so pissed! please do not eat here theres another location in Waldorf

I had never ordered a salad from Ledos pizza, and wont do it again! I had the grilled chixken salad and it was awefull. They didnt put any cutlery on my take out order, and the salad itself was drenched in water. I could only eat the chicken from that salad.

worst of the PG county Ledos. Staff is friendly enough but if boss isnt close they act irritated with everything in life. i called in an order and they botched it and charged extra. when i called to tell them the mistake he suddenly couldnt hear me.
