Im confused by all the positive reviews. Maybe I just went on an off day? I used to go to Wingstop all the time when I lived in Washington state and I loved it. At the Washington location, the wings are fresh made, and they are both moist and crispy at the same time in the best possible way, and the flavor is perfect. Oh, and the fries are literally the best I have ever had! I was really excited when I moved to Utah that there was at least one location, though a bit of a drive from where I live. I was able to go a few months ago, and I brought my Girlfriend along. I talked it up the whole way there, but sadly, when we were served our meal, the wings were dry and over-seasoned, and worse yet, the fries didnt look or taste the same as the ones I had in Washington. They were also dry, and seemed like they were taken from a frozen batch instead of being freshly cut. I was really disappointed, and my Girlfriend had the same thoughts about the food that I did. Is it because of different management than where I had eaten before, or did I just go on a really bad day?

My 5 star review is not only for the wings at Wingstop, but for the service. I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to write a review tonight. Its June 7, NBA Finals and I can only imagine how many people ordered wings. I was waiting for my order, as were several others. There were two employees busting their asses to get all of these orders made. After a few minutes of waiting, two employees who had the night off came in to order dinner. Their coworkers really needed their help to get caught up and they went in the back and helped. It really showed how much they cared about the restaurant and coworkers!

First time trying this joint with the family. Waiting over 30 mins for food on a not so busy night. Missing an order of fries which was brought to there attention ordered fingers for the kids which were over fried and extremely hard to bite into.wings where not the best Seasoned fries were extremely overly seasoned as though the shaker had spilled on them.. after another 30 minute wait for the order of missing non seasoned fries that did not make to the table we ended up leaving home unsatisfied and will not be returning..

This use to be a good place to go. The staff here now is not friendly at all and they are always out of stuff now. Twice now they were out if ranch and now rolls. I will find a new wing place I guess. The wings are still really good in the evening but I think they must ha e a new day staff because I went for lunch around 11 and the wings were over so over sauced I couldnt eat them. Save your time and money. Especially your money because they are way over priced.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the store for 20 minutes to place an order. Ive been hung up on four times!! Completely unacceptable service. Ive been to this location 3 times and been unimpressed with the service each time. Orders are wrong, and wait times are far too long. Ill be contacting management and taking my business for 7 people, to someone interested in providing a better experience. Or AT LEAST someone who will pick up their phone.

I wish I could comment on the quality of the wings but we never got that far. I took my family there for dinner and the crack team of teenagers put all of their attention on a phone-in order that took so long that the system reset itself. Then, the one kid who wasnt completely clueless decided to help a family that just walked in instead of us. We decided to leave and never come back.

This really is the best place to get wings! After living in Texas and California, its nice to finally have a Wingstop in Utah. The service here is better than any other location Ive been to. The food is reasonably priced, made fresh to order, and definitely worth the 45 minute drive to get there :). If you have never been, definitely try it! Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

Food is top notch but PLEASE FIRE THE DIRTBAG WHO WAS WORKING AT THE COUNTER AND MAKING MORE NOISE THAN A CONSTRUCTION SITE WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE STILL EATING TRYING TO CLEAN UP TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSE. Miserable experience thanks to that. Also was super obnoxious while taking our order and asked us multiple times if we wanted water cups. Miraculously, our answer remained no.

Best wings I have ever had! Staff is very friendly & helpful and the owners are, too! I highly recommend the garlic parmesan wings, especially if you love crispy chicken skin...[insert drool here]. The fries are also fantastic; a little bit of sweet and salty. This place beats out the bigger chains like Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Nutz by FAR!

This place rocks! The food is delicious (we especially liked the Louisiana Rub and killer sweet & salty potato fries) and the Bleu Cheese is real! Chris and his wife run an awesome wing joint! They were keeping shop, giving their employees a break. There are 719 Wingstops around the world, and this is the ONLY one in Utah. Dont miss out!

This wingstop is the best one I have been too by far! Great southern hospitality but no surprise there since the owners are from the great state of Texas! Love Love Love, definitely going back. Cant go wrong with the Cajun wings! Help spread the word to these Utah folk, this is where the best wings come from!

Food is good. Service is good. The wait is about 15-20 minutes average, but its worth it if you order ahead of have time. I like to get my fries well done. Seriously guys learn to place the order online so you dont have to pull these guys away from their job in order to talk to the people on the phones...

Love going here for wings, especially because my wife loves them. Me - hickory bbq and garlic parmesan classic with bleu cheese, wife - lemon pepper and garlic parmesan boneless with ranch dressing. Love their bleu cheese dressing. Fries are good if you are eating fries. Highly recommend.

Best Wings I have ever had, and I dont say that lightly. I absolutely love this place. I recommend trying the Louisiana Rub. Their fries are also so yummy! They are sweet and salty. The service is really good as well. Overall not one bad thing I could say :) Simply amazing!

Best wings/flavors around. Everything is made fresh so yes it takes 10-15 min to get your food but it is worth it. You can always call ahead if thats an issue. Im glad they finally opened a location in Utah! Now can we just get one in Ogden?

This place has the best wings ever! I got the 8 piece combo with lemon pepper and classic hot wings, both super tasty and the fries were amazing too. Clean well run location with friendly helpful staff. Definitely will be going back.
