Called in an order. Took the guy on the phone 3 times to type in my number and twice to take the credit card over the phone. Then he had to call back because he didnt put in my address for the delivery and asked for the credit card number again because he still didnt enter it in right. Then I get a call from the delivery guy saying that my address was wrong and that I need to call the store to get my food delivered. But unfortunately because of the time I received that message, the store was closed. So now Im out of $20 and no food. No I know why I eat at pizza hut more times than donatos.

I called in my pickup order for two large pizzas and was told to arrive 20 - 25 minutes later. I got there at 21 minutes and payed at the drive thru window. I was charged $5.00 LESS than what was quoted on the phone when I placed the order. My receipt showed that a $5 coupon was automatically spplied. Love that!. Then, since my order was not ready yet I was given a free 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. Pizzas were brought to my car at the 36 minute mark. A little late but Im happy with 5 off and free soda. Thanks Donatos!

Called to order a delivery on a Monday, the guy who took my order must have been his first day, repeatedly said cuss words when he messed up and then thought I had hung up the phone and had a full conversation about me to another worker calling me names. Will never order from this location again.

Foods good as any other Donatos, however when you order your delivery and they give you a time, add another 20-30 minutes to that time. Doesnt matter if its 9 oclock in the evening or 2 in the afternoon, they are going to be almost a half an hour late

I just received the best customer service. I had to wait on my pizza that was suppose to be ready in 20min but I waited and the young lady at the window brought my pizza out and apologize and gave me a 2liter for waiting.

New to the Columbus area and I now have a favorite pizza joint! I loved the crispy pepperoni slices. Tasty and sweet sauce. Round pizza that is square cut is a good thing when you are a crust lover too!

Good food had a personal pepperoni pizza, salad, cinnamon roll with icing all was very good our waitress was very good there was 8 of us in the party room we had a,great time.

Expensive but quality aint cheap... The pepperoni zinger is great with quality topping that will feed two with leftovers. Salads are good as well!
