That Girl

This place has an employee that works here whom is in remission from cancer. Her bowels were burnt through radiation and though the company is aware of her medical condition, they will make her wait 30-45 minutes after rush time (an already 3 hour block) to use the restroom even though her condition requires her bathroom usage more frequently. This company continues to show its lack of morality while hiding behind a Christian facade. The general manager refuses to give out the corporate number to file a complaint. Also will not provide the employee with a human resource number. The assistant manager belittles this employee behind the counter for customers to see and I have personally witnessed her do this to other employees as well. Aaron and Maya are a terrible reflection on the Christian values the Chick-fil-a company claims to uphold. But I guess that is how Chick-fil-a treats their queer employees who just fought cervical cancer. Disgusting!!!

This is the worst location ever. Customer service is horrible on several occasions. We have received uncooked raw chicken on more than one visit. Food is refried several times and then served at the same price. One kids meal we received consisted of nothing but fried bits-no chicken no whatsoever. When brought back to the counter, employees have a bad attitude, have thrown food back through the kitchen window and have told us we have to pay. I completely believe they resell the Food as it never goes in the trash but to the counter. unbelievably unprofessional and Disgusting. Employees also hugging friends and not changing food handling gloves.

It was a bit busy when I came through and the service was still really nice. They took my to-go order and asked me to wait on the side and they walked the food out to me. It was pretty nice of them and the food was really hot (which I really like), the fries maybe were a bit well done.

I was very impressed by the service the other day. It was a very busy lunch rush, and the woman serving me took the time to help me and give me personal service. I was 25 cents short and she not only spotted me, but also upgraded my fries. It meant a lot!

I spent $7.55. I got some old fries and about a quarter pound of chicken. These guys charge like fancy French restaurant. Except the quality was rock bottom. Do not eat here unless you want to pay top dollar for low quality food.

Horrible Horrible customer service since they got new management. Have not been able to serve me atleast 6 times loosing $$. They have lost my business completely, and I am at this mall 5 days a week. Rude and Inconsiderate.
