I normally do not write reviews but the way I was treated here was unacceptable. I was treated very rudely by the woman when I was ordering my daughters birthday cake over the phone. As I was asking a few questions about the type of cake and how many people it feeds, she interrupted and said "Well are you going to order the cake or what". I was taken back by her attitude but went ahead and ordered anyways as my daughters party theme was breakfast and the donut cake would have been perfect for it. I ordered the cake 1 week in advance and when my husband went to pick it up the morning of her birthday, they didnt have it! Not only did they forget to make her cake but they tried giving my husband someone elses birthday cake! They didnt offer any donuts or do anything about the mix up, they werent apologetic at all but instead they had a "too bad youre out of luck attitude". Luckily Ritos bakery is down the street and they whipped us up a birthday cake in time. I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. Definitely do not rely on them if its for a special event.

Every year we put in a very large order of nut rolls for our family reunion and everyone loves them. Unfortunately, their customer service is very disappointing. When going to pick up our order the crabby older lady that works there had a problem with accepting our coupons and then threw a fit over writing us up receipts for our order. I could not believe how rude she was to us rolling her eyes and shaking her head and slamming the register. To top it off they mistakenly put an extra nut roll in our box and we politely pointed it out to them so they could take it out! The younger gentleman ws thankful for our honesty but the older lady could care less and remained very rude to us. If possible, deal with the younger gentleman that works here, he is much more polite. May be rethinking our family tradition next year and go elsewhere for our bakery. Do not offer coupons if you are going to roll your eyes and be rude in accepting them. You lost a loyal customer and the business we brought you for years.

best donuts around! made fresh throughout the day! they actually ran out of the chocolate glazed and when i got there and asked if they had any he said he would make them right then for me and did!! i was happy i didnt have to pick another type of donut that didnt satisfy my cravings which was great! staff is very friendly!
