really disappointed that they discontinued their fried chicken sandwiches which you could order a side of fries and drink. thats the only thing i really liked about this place i dont care for the chicken honestly to me it doesnt look or sound all that good chicken is something i can get anywhere and it was nice that they had this option i guess until a few years ago before they renovated. wont be returning if the one thing they no longer have is on the menu should have kept it as a side meal not everyone wants just chicken pieces and bowls and stuff like that just because they are in East Boston / Chelsea does NOT mean there are not white people also ( non spanish) who live here and prefer more traditional American Style and now i know WHY they only have 2 locations and none others around they keep up that trend within 10 years they will both close if i want a more authentic meal i would rather eat at Latinos across from Santarpios.

El menu esta bien. Ahora el personal de servicios, meseras y cajeras, deben ser más amables con los clientes. Se muestran groseras y antipáticas. Particularmente las que trabajan en East Boston.

The chicken pieces are to small, and the side orders taste old,they have like six people making one order for one customer and never get it right ..there is a female supervisor rosa whos very unprofessional,rude with customer and new employees...the price are sky high for tiny chiken pieces I rather go to popeyes or kfc for same price and better service in english...

El servicio al cliente es muy bien. Aunque el sabor del pollo no lo mismo como en los países Centroamericanos...pero por lo menos hay una réplica.

Well I went there this week,and I didnt like the service I got and most of the supervisor closing that night was very rude child like no class and she should learn to treat others fellow coworkers with respect because the staff looks really unhappy and it reflects with the service and everything they offer.
