I had recently visited MG for a working lunch and ordered a salmon caesar salad. I had forgotten just how tasty their lunchs are because Im usually too busy to stop in. A few days later I wanted another blackended salmon caesar salad. Unfortunately, once it was bagged and I returned to my office, I noticed it was not blackened and the salmon was darn near raw. I called the MG manager and they immediately corrected the order, delivered a new salad within 15mins and it was all with a smile. This is why I continue to support restaurants with exceptional customer service. Marathon Grill "gets it"....

The event planner was terrible and she cost the restaurant thousands of dollars and at least 120 new customers. My fiance and I wanted to have our wedding reception at one of the locations. We met with the event planner and she told us that shed e-mail us with the final details of our menu. We waited a week then e-mailed her and told her she was holding us up. She told me that shed get back to me on Tuesday...that was over a month ago. She held us up for weeks which is valuable time when planning a wedding. Now we have to start all over again somewhere else.

Ive been here a few times, and each visit I am left disappointed. The food is overpriced and the portions are extremely small. The servers are often rude and service on the patio in particular is terrible. A few of the servers have an entitled to your tip but you are not entitled to good service attitude. They could definitely benefit from a change in management due to the convenient location.

Horrible experience. I was offered a job and interviewed by a manager. I purchased the uniform and after working 2 hours I was told by an operational manager Vikki that I had to leave and come back the next day for a 2nd interview, she didnt know why I started work. I called to confirm the 2nd interview and was told never mind their staff was full. Extremely unprofessional.

I called to speak with a manager and I was transferred to an unlabeled voice mailbox and the mailbox was full and unable to take any messages. I called back, the same girl answered, I told her the mailbox was full and she hung up on me. I guess they have caller ID, I called back and I kid you not, she answered the phone saying "heyyy booh" . what a piece of trash

I was absolutely positive that I left my card there. They didnt care and did not have it. Even after insisting I was at the outside bar, nope and no time to double check. Also the hummus plate was the awful, and looked like it was just thrown together. It was clear no one cares at all about the customer experience here. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Would never eat at this poor excuse of a restaurant again, found a dead grasshopper in my salad, returned it and they wanted to take $15 off my check! Their response was its hard to get my guys to catch everything before it comes out of the kitchen. I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors! The entire experience was terrible, especially the management.

I love this local Philly chain for breakfast and brunch. Ingredients are mostly locally sourced, prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of healthy options. The banana and honey smoothie is a favorite of mine. Each outpost can have different hours though, so be sure to check the specific location before you show up.

My friends and I ate here for lunch while visiting the city during the holiday season. Prices are very reasonable and food was very good. Next time I meet another friend in the city I plan on suggesting going here for breakfast. I loved the butternut squash soup and my burger was one of the best I have had in a while.

We went to Marathon today for a business lunch, and we will never go back. We waited 50 minutes for pre-made food. When we asked our waitress to speak with a manager she said she would take some stuff off of our check. 15 minutes later, still no food. We ended up leaving after a grand total of an hour and 15 minutes.

We had breakfast here. The cowboy sandwich was surprisingly good! The lox platter was so so the salmon was a bit salty and the bagel left something to be desired. The waiter, Daniel was very attentive and polite. The coffee was lukewarm muddy water. Not a great place but not a horrible place.
