Normally this its one of our go to places. But tonight it was really really bad. At 7:30pm they told us they would probably be closing the dining room early. (They dont close until 10pm). Then about 15 minutes later the kid that took our order comes over and says they are emptying the garbage for the night, and asked if we had anything a wanted to throw away. (They were still going to be open for 2 more hours!) After we told him no because we were still eating, he took the liner out of the garbage can and took the trash out, leaving the can right next to our table. The manager we normally see was not there tonight, but who ever was running the place should be replaced. Im a manager at a pizza shop, and if my employees did this there would be repercussions. WORST SERVICE EVER!

I got there at 6:50pm. The cashier didnt hep me until 7:15. While I was finally ordering my food the cashier ran off to help another costumer. I ordered a $5.00 fill up bucket with chicken strips(3), mash potatoes with NO gravy, and a biscuit. Plus a cookie, and another large drink. (not the one that came with the meal) When I asked for the cup he threw it at me. While I was waiting I was watching him serve other peoples food. He was sweating so badly that he would wipe it with his hand then pick up chicken. After waiting another 30 minutes, they got my order wrong. One piece of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy. Floors looked dirty, tables were not cleaned off and food didnt look pleasing. Overall I hated my experience at this location.

We have gotten to know the manager at this store. We have decided this last time is our last time to eat there. We have been through the drive thru several times, each time we had to go back and get all new food. They mess up the Chicken bowl everytime. one time almost no chicken, the other time they put a crazy amount of bacon...when it was not ordered. The wings were old and stale everytime. We would get home and have to drive back to get new food. The workers there were very friendly, nice and polite. A pleasure to talk to, but if a bummer we had to come back with our food.

The food was good but it wasnt what I wanted when I walked in. I had a famous bowl. I ordered my food to stay and looked for a table. When I sat down I noticed the table had about 6 or 7 ants in the area my food would be. Luckily they made my food to go so I just left. I wanted to order a burger but they said they had already cleaned the grill and couldnt make any more burgers. The place looked dirty and felt like there was a layer of sugar on everything. Very dissapointing overall.

I live in the area so Ive been to this location multiple times. It is the worst KFC Ive ever been to. 30% of the time they are somehow out of chicken. Today when I went they said that chicken was cooking and would be out in 4 minutes. Took about 20 minutes. Then, they gave me the wrong order, (close, but still wrong). Embarrassingly poor job - about half the time you can count on getting what you want in a reasonable amount of time.

Came in at 12 noon, not a soul there. What made me start looking around was the ANTS on the table where I sat. All the garbages were completely full. The tables and floors looked liked they hadnt been cleaned. The person in charge said they just had their lunch rush, I think that was me. The ants didnt just rush in... I worked at KFC while in high school back in 1968. I LOVE KFC! This is the worst location I have seen. Good luck!

Employees are surely and rude consistently not just one bad visit. I assume poor management in customer service skills. Additionally they nearly always get your order slightly or significantly wrong. You need to check everything before you leave and be prepared for bad attitudes when you ask them to correct it. Honestly a consistently terrible experience.

Braydeng was polite and helpful. He offered an upgrade in drinks we kindly refused the upgrade in drinks he was great with us on changing our order before ending the sale and explained about the ice cream michine being down and telling us about the survey on our receipt. If we did not live so far away we would come back again.

This seems to already be the worst KFC out there already by what the other reviewers say. I went in to get a lunch combo meal and had to use the rest room and noticed one of the employees didnt washed but just did a quick rinse of their hands. That grossed me out, I left without buying anything.

So there I was, night out with the bois. We was going out to get some crispy cold boys and then I got beaned hard. Rough times man. Anyways the employees noticed my distress and hit me up with a free cold one. 6/5 stars would go again. (Im in the bottom left of the photo)

This place used to be so good; or maybe its because I was young and didnt know any better. The food now a days is dry and disgusting! All of their food is cooked in the morning and sits under the heat lamp all day! Avoid this place.

They gave me cole slaw that had a sticker on the bottom saying it was from the day before. That or thats the expiration date. Forgot my sauce for my chicken. And my drink tasted like water. I got a mt. Dew very unhappy!

Had good customer service, but the cleanliness ruined everything. The floors were slippery with soapy water, no caution sign up. Then our table has ants on it.
