Just went here tonight. The girl at the front counter who took our order was rude and had an attitude. The biscuits were old, dried out and HARD. The white gravy had been sitting there so long that it had crusted over. Its things like that, that will make people sick. My wife said hello to a worker who was wiping down the buffet counter and got no response. When I went back to the buffet counter to get more food the assistant manager asked me if i had ordered the buffet because I had a black plate instead of a white one which is what they give you when you order the buffet. It just happened that i asked when ordering for a couple of chicken fried steaks to go with my buffet. They are not on the buffet table they have to cook them up seperately for you. The non-buffet meals come on a black plate. When i got them there was an extra plate under that one so i just used that to get more food from the buffet. He thought i was stealing food from the buffet without paying for the buffet. My wife said the rest room was out of paper towels to dry your hands. I told the assistant manager and he said you can use the hand blower/drier. Some people dont like to use those because according to reports those kind are known to hold bacteria. As if that wasnt enough some guy came in off the street with two large dogs. The assistant manager told him he could not have them in there and the guy told him they were service animals which they were not. Service animals will usually have an orange vest on and also people with service animals are required to have documentation on them at all times when they go into a business. The manager let him stay. Yuck! I dont know about anyone else but I dont care to eat in a restaurant that has dogs in it. Its sad to see how badly this place has gone down. My family has being going to this KFC for many years. $25.00 for the displeasure of being treated like crap.Wont be going back soon. Everyone was very rude.

I was excited to try this location- outside it has statues of the Courbet Sanders so I thought it was going to be special and more fancy. I came a little after 9 pm with my 2 boys but I was left feeling disappointed. They already had barricaded half the restaurant since they were cleaning for closing at 10pm. There were not many seating options and I had to sit underneath a TV screen and frankly after work it was loud and giving me a headache. Also I ordered a kids box and potato wedges but they said there would be 4 min wait ( and I knew that meant they would also be hot!) so With a Macaroni as an option I chose that. Well, The macaroni looked like it was scraped from the last of the pan with dry parts. I felt like the whole store should have just closed at 9pm and not offer crappy products. And if they routinely do the barricade thing they need to make a theater rope barrier or something cuz the stacked/sandwiched chairs makes you feel like herded cattle. I had higher expectations and they were far below my expectations. Not coming back anytime soon.

Its a big beautiful building and seemed to be well staffed. I arrived for lunch about 11:30 am. Ordered the popcorn chicken meal. It came to just under $6.00, higher than other KFCs but the worst part came in the form of change back. I was handed a wad of one dollar bills and when I questioned it was told, "tough, its all I have" No change in the till and the lunch rush hasnt started? Then while waiting to get my order I used the restroom. It was in need of cleaning in a bad way. I discovered why when I went to wash my hands. The soap dispenser worked fine, but there was no running water, the automatic sensor would not turn on the water. I tried to wipe the soap off with a towel, but the towel dispenser was empty. When I told the employee at the front counter about it I was ignored. Then my order was ready, so with soap smelling hands I opened the box, The popcorn chicken box was 3/4 full and I had five potato wedges. $6.00 and I was still hungry Will not be visiting here again.

Trust me STAY AWAY!!!!!! ever going there again. Manager/Owner is immature and dishonest!! 9/10 times I got the wrong order. I finally go back there to fix my order and the African American worker was cool, was gonna fix my order and the manager said they cant. I like the food but hate this location! Only reason why Im forced to go back is that my wife love kfc and this is the closest one(within a mile). Poor customer service, this only and especially apply to the OWNER. Dont ever lie straight to my face about my order that I pay my money with you jackass! You ruined the reputation this place had!!! Especially being the first ever! This needs to be taken care of immediately! Did I say Im never going back there?! Keep ripping off the old folks feeding them leftovers! Ps OWNER whatever the hell you name is, you know who I am this is my full name. The way you were noding your head looking at me? It looked like you had a problem with me. Come find me please

This place used to be really good. If u came on sundays you would even get an ice cream. They used to have soup, no longer have that either. You would also get a drink, but not any more. We had to pay for the drinks today for the 1st time in many years. You can tell is not the same management any more. Out of all the kinds of chickens they carry, they only had the 2 fried ones on the bar, the corn was old, they didnt have napkins and the guy that went to clean the table, wiped the table but didnt throw the trash away, and the dirty table that was right next to him, he didnt clean.

Great place to eat a buffet of Zagat rated chicken. I love the historic items and pictures on display. A great place to take your family and introduce them to the historic Kentucky fried chicken that may have been named Utah fried chicken if it had not been for Pete Harmons window dresser who suggest that an exotic name might appeal better and why not use Kentucky as that is were the colonel is from. Kentucky Fried Chicken a Utah original! Whod a thunk it?

Refused a take out order of 10 people since they closed at 10 p.m. and we called in the order at 9 p.m. You would think an hour to make fast food is more than enough. Clearly spoke with a very un-enthusiastic female on the phone that wasnt happy to be at work, much less do work. I hope the manager sees this and realizes poor customer service and employees denying a good amount of money for the store is pretty lame.

Food was real good, but missing the chicken noodle soup. When asking about the soup one of the assistant managers (dark haired woman wearing a white shirt) was very rude. Other workers were great.. Except one tall guy coming worker speeding and storing real fast (unsafe) through drive thru and showing off for said as stated. Manager. Otero experience was good.. Food was good, but no soup like they used to.
