You have to be Loco to eat this Pollo! Purchased an 8pc family meal (mixed) for around $22.00. Opened the box of chicken upon my return home, and...WTH! Ive seen more meat on a dove! No, seriously...you could have put all 8 pieces in a Popeyes biscuit box. If youre trying to avoid the fried stuff and want a quick chicken meal, do yourself a favor...go to Costco or Safeway and get 2 grown birds, grab some sides, and youll still come out ahead...and fed.

Horrible! Stay away! All I have to say, is under cooked CHICKEN!!! You think a restaurant named El Pollo Loco, would take pride in their main ingredient. But no. I ordered a Chicken Fajita burrito and the chicken was pink. Trashed the food. Disgusting! This place should be shut down. How do you serve under cooked chicken? Not SAFE. If you eat here, check your food before putting it in your mouth.

Excellent food! I get the Black bean chicken bowl and its 480 calories. It has everything. Chicken breast, steamed broccoli, Mexican rice, Avocado and of course, back beans. The salsa bar is amazing. I love the greens last, onions and fresh jalapeños. Perfect for me. Im a professional MMA Athlete and fighter and its exactly the nutrition needed. Its also $6.68 after tax! Unbelievable

We really like El Pollo Loco! They have a good variety of chicken plates, stuffed quesadillas, and salad. I especially like their churros! Their creamy cilantro dressing is very good! I also like to dip chicken rolls in it.

Food is great but the A/C wasnt working! This location is less than 5 months old, theres no excuse for the A/C to be out in this kinda heat! Close the store down until the A/C is fixed!!!
