The food is good, nothing special to write home about but its not bad by any means. I have only picked up as dining there doesnt seem that embracing to me. My issues are with the two aspects: 1) Spice level - why bother asking how spicy you want it (scale to 1 to 10) when all the curries, read pre-made, are already at 6. At times we pick up food for our little kids who eat at 2-3 level and when requesting that level, we still end up at 6 - every.single.time. Lesson learned. 2) Wait time - their standard answer for wait time is 25 minutes. Its never 25 minutes. Its more like, 1 of your 4 items will come out in 25 minutes, the rest scattered around when they get to it. Quite annoying to get back home only to reheat the first entree that came out. And if naan/roti was first to come out, youre dealing with soggy or super crunchy bread. I have express this to the staff/manager there a few times - they honestly dont care. They have steady business now (they were failing a year or two ago) and that keeps them going.

The Food is Alright, but that woman of bit lighter complexion (who takes the order) needs a class training of customer service, Manners and Etiquette on how to greet a customer who takes an initiative to greet (thou it should come from her firstly), and she definitely should act like a person who is interested in getting business from customers and not drive them off by projecting an horrandus expression from her face as if; she is doing some kind of a big favor by taking that order, even if shes a freak-in owner or a manager of Biriyani pot/spice rack joint. Learn some manners miss whoever youre.

I wanted a write this review only for the seasional special "Haleem". I visited this restaurant on 6/5/2017 with my family especially to taste Haleem. The Haleem was amazing. Ive been visited many Indian restaurants in US but never ever had proper haleem, finally I had the authentic Hyderabadi Haleem here! It was just scrumptious! I requested waitress to meet the person who prepared to thank and we had an opportunity to meet him. He explains the way how they prepare. I recommend everyone to try this out. we were really impressed with the food and service provided in this restaurant.

The service is really horrible. A friend of mine and I went there for lunch . First they allowed another customer to cut the line and order a take out ahead of us. Then, they delivered my friends lunch and forgot all about mine until I waited for 30 minutes and went back to remind them about me :) The biryani tasted OK, but for a bowl of rice, there was only 1 piece of chicken that was all bone and very little meat. Overall, I was disappointed with the dining experience and will not consider going there ever again.

Good place for a quick bite with a variety of "Indian" food choices. We ordered a mix of North Indian and Indo Chinese food. The Veggie manchurian was watery but really tasty. The Chilly paneer was really really good. yes that is 2 really its not a typo ;).... Served hot, good staff.. overall great experience, especially if you are in the vicinity. Would go back every time I visit my cousin who lives just across the street, but I would not drive 10s of miles to get there.

what you get depends on how the chef is stressed out... and who the chef is :-) nothing special, there are much better place around plano or Frisco. Please do not go on Friday or Saturday. Their customer service is pathetic( seem busy ). Multiple occasions . if you are more worried about cleanliness , this place is not for you...

We tried mirchi bajji, veg biryani, malai kofta, paneer butter masala. We liked everything. The spice levels were good not very spicy. The biryani was flavorful and the tandoori roti were also good and soft. I heard bad reviews from some people but our experience was good. The mirchi bajji was quite different from other places.

The Biryanis are good. However attention to customer and services lacks. Some instanced i had asked for extra raitas with Biryanis but the front desk guy did not provide and kept on arguing about it....No big deal however this was my first experience of its kind with Biryani places. No other issues.

Nice food but horrible service, I come to this place very often and everytime for TO GO Order I have to explicitly ask for the sauces which comes complimentry with food, even after that I get the looks as if I asked for something extra.

I dont think even 1 star is appropriate to this place. Worst place to dine in. ambiance sucks. if you want to go to the rest rooms, you will have to pass through the meat section. the smell kills you. of course the food is worst.

Ordered from them for an event. Delivered 1.5 hours late. Had an embarrassing situation with the guests. Arrogant and unapologetic managers. Mediocre food quality. Will neither recommend nor order again.

Best place to get tethered to: The taste, the smell and the look - the trio would enchant you like no other place in DFW. Thinking of buying house? Just go near it, youd never be disappointed! I love it.

Not a decent place to eat. Service is poor for dine in orders. Food quality is not that great too. Worst biryani I have ever had in Dallas. Dont get fooled with the name biryani pot.

Ive never dined there but, reading over the menu where they refer to goat as Mutton? Which, is not goat.. but, sheep. And on top of that, no lamb dishes? Most likely will never try it.

Good and authentic. Great for the staples. Not five stars only because its not the best Indian restaurant in town. Will definitely be returning.

Indian cuisine, Lots of options to choose from; more of a carry out place. This location has a grocery store attached.

Very very spicy food, even for Desi folks. Their signature biryani was nothing special, almost like plain rice.
