The first time I went the ice was chunky but I wanted to give it a second chance that was a mistake the employees sounded dumb they gave me a small cup and told me it was a medium because it has pickles in it......I argued that it was a small cup for the longest until I just said can i have it without the pickles then received a larger cup ........YOU SHOULDNT GO but if you do decide to go dont get the pickledilly (if I could give it 0 stars I would)

bad experience owner( im assuming) acted like a jackass because he thought my 20 dollar bill was a couterfit and started snapping photos of us. the bill had been washed with the laundry and ended up with a blue hue because of my jeans. A business should have at least a counterfit pen or UV light to avoid jumping to conclusions and being so rude.

This location sucks, The Manager to this location has No customer service experience.. ( he smells body odor ) hes very rude especially to Hispanics. I dont recommend anyone to go to this location. Its a shame he doesnt respect people.

Great snow cones, especially the ice cream knockouts, the young girl there could at least smile a little instead of acting like the customer is such a nuisance, but they are fast and have good prices. #SmileForTheCustomer.

Only been there once, but will be back! They have this thing called The Knockout which is served using their own homemade ice cream... Its really good! Only thing that could make it better is chopped up fruit to top it.

Maybe other reviews for my hopes to high but it wasnt what I expected. I thought the ice would be finer, less chunky, and the banana flavor wasnt quite right. Not my first choice but Id go back to give it a 2nd chance.
