As a customer of this location since it opened, I have to say my last few visits have been very disappointing to say the least. In the drive thru you are constantly rushed for your order and usually talked over when placing it. Then when you get to the window your food is thrown around into a bag and shoved out the window to you, or you are asked to pull around into the parking lot and told they will bring your order to you, much later. I have noticed that if a manager is working the window this does not happen as often though. Very poor customer service and attitude. Also, I and others in my group that eat here have felt sick after the meal just as others have mentioned in their reviews of this location. Possibly this could be the meaning of the "Louisiana Fast" slogan they use? Average $8-10 per person per meal. Sad to say but there are a lot of other choices in the same area, for the same or less money, and with better customer service and food quality. I really think we will have to rethink going here next time it is suggested. Sorry Popeyes!

Hair in food! We eat Popeyes all the time and we recently moved and found this one , we came here and ordered a large meal the 12 piece chicken and the two sides and order 3 extra sides and a large fry first of all they forgot my large fries had to go back in line and wait for it then when I got home my red beans and rice they put in a bag upside down and it spilled all over the bag we didnt really care about these problems so we continue eating as we got to the biscuits we noticed a hair on them not to sound disgusting but it looked at like a private part hair I fed my daughter this food and my family as soon as I seen that hair I Tossed everything in the trash and went to the market to cook for my family this made me think twice about fast food restaurants they also give me a hard time about Giving my money back but I did take pictures of the hair on the food I wont recommend this Popeyes

Third times the charm right. Every time I get a to go order something is wrong. I order the 3 piece meal not the combo and was charge for a drink and not given one. Found that out when I got home and opened the boxes and had 2 piece meals. called to get it fixed they said come in we will replace your order. I live too far away to rush back over so a couple of days went by before I was in the area again. they told me they would give me the missing chicken instead of replacing the order like stated and couldnt refund me on the drink. Today on the way home I decided to give them another try ordered 3 piece meals and the popcorn shrimp. got home and yep no shrimp. the funny thing it was the manager at the drive thru. the one on Dobson and Broadway might be further and in a bad neighborhood but I will much rather go there they havent messed up an order from me ever since they were put there.

I hate writing bad reviews, especially about a fast service restaurant because I know how it is to work in one. I worked as a manager in a fast food restaurant for 2 1/2 years and I never wanted to be a "that customer" myself, but Im shocked at how my experience was. I ordered in the drive through got all the way home and realized my ordered was not complete. So I called and let the manager know and he took down my name, number and other other info and I would get a meal replaced with my next visit. After that I realized I should just go get a refund and I drove back and explained who I was and the manager didnt know how to do a refund and I would have to come back and talk to another manager. He was very kind about it and I feel really bad, but they definitely need to work on their training of employees so that they repeat all the questions so orders dont get mixed up.

This was one of the best dining experiences at any restaurant. First, the staff was organized and friendly. A young man in a green shirt, Tre, supported the order takers at the register. Shortly after I joined the line to order, he brought another team member, Domonique, to help with orders. Domonique was a box of sunshine. Unlike too many teens who appear lobotomized, this charming young lady wore a sweet smile and cheerfully took my order. All the lights were on and someone was home! Before I finished filling my drink, my name was called letting me know my order was ready. Tre ensured I had enough butter and honey per my request. The man was on it! I sat a clean booth by the window and tore into my spicy thighs, Cajun rice and green beans. The crispy chicken tasted fresh out of the fryer hot and delicious. Again, one of my best dine out experience at any restaurant.

I have given this place 3 chances to date. This last time ruined it for good. Upon paying for my items and slowly pulling off I was called a "fat b*%ch" by the tending drive-thru employee. In the past you have messed up such simple orders and Ive allowed for corrections although inconvenient and time consuming. Now your employee has the audacity to call me profane words, and for what reason? I wasnt rude or condescending when ordering and paying. To me this is simply UNACCEPTABLE! I will be consulting legal counsel from where to go from here because I just happened to have my dash cam on which happened to recorded everything. This is one of the MANY reasons why fast food workers will never obtain a wage of $15/ per hour EVER! I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated and will probably never return to another.

This location has gotten some serious flack for having pretty poor service. Ive been there about 6 times or so since it opened, and it seems like theyre working on getting their act together. It seems like the first few times they screwed up every ordered in some fashion, and the food was never really as fresh as youd like. If youre a fan of Popeyes in general, you know that when its really well prepared the food can be delicious. The last couple of times Ive gone they havent messed a thing up and everything was fresh (like soft hot biscuit, fresh). I can tell just going through the drive-through that theyve been working on training people, and Im optimistic that they will turn it around.

Today I purchased a $5 boneless chicken box and I asked for the sauce that has horseradish in it. The gal repeatedly told me that they do not have one with horseradish. I told her she was wrong because I had recently had it a few days earlier from another popeyes. I looked at the possibilities for which may have horseradish in it. I settled on the mardi gras mustard sauce. I read the ingredients list on the Mardi Gras sauce and it clearly states that it contains horsreradish in it. Please inform the red headed gal that she needs to be more open minded and less confrontational with the customer. She was very adamant that none of your sauces contained horse radish in it.
