Many people are likely already amply familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings as a national brand. I have ate at several Buffalo Wild Wings, and this one was by far the best. They had everything together, service was quick even in peak hours of the evening, and it is located in a great place -- about half a mile off University campus. The only downside is the cost of it, really. But that is a plague that isnt individual to this BWW, but the whole franchise at large. Overall though, if you have the money, and youve got some free time, this BWW has it together, has atmosphere, and is practical and timely.

The Tea
The dollar chicken tenders were a great deal, but I guess that means horrible service. Had a waitress named Taylor, she was more focus on cleaning up to go home than helping us. She messed up my drink and didnt even ask me if Id like something else. My water was empty for the majority of my meal, and she dropped off the check without asking if we wanted dessert, which we did order. Then she served my chocolate cake without ice cream Next time Ill just order carry out.

Best place ever! Ive been to the one on Prospect Ave, but the location is always crowded. This place may get crowded but because of the high ceilings, it makes it feel less claustrophobic. My boyfriend and I have come here so often a waiter we specifically ask for knows our order by heart. When he isnt working, the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. You can even pick the music that plays in restaurant, you just have to download an app.

Usually a good place to go. Recently made a very large carry out order. A manager told us to call back the day prior to pickup. When we called the day before the manager told us to call 2 hours ahead instead because he would forget.... who does that... very disappointed in that experience. Also the prices keep going up and its very overpriced now and the food always causes a stomach ache.

Ive been here many times and this was the WORST experience Ive had. Were not very busy and it took 50 minutes for our food and after we got our first set of drinks we sat there waiting for 10 minutes for our waitress to come by... And never did. Plus food was cold when it got to the table and wings had little to no sauce on them..... Ill go 20 minutes to the next bdubs before here

The food is consistently good and they are usually staffed appropriately for fast service. Some of the best wings in the area and a wide draught beer selection including local options. They tend to have the tvs a little too loud to comfortably visit with friends, which is why I removed a star.

This is your average BW3s, which is to say that I really like their wings and appreciate that they have take out. I know that they have a standard to uphold within the chain, but I wish they would drop the volume on the TVs a notch so I can hear the conversation at my table.

Great service, food server where thorough and attentive. Food was served hot and correctly, was with a group of six and the server was on point keeping drinks filled as well as getting all orders correct. Great chicken sandwich!!, wings, street tacos, poboy sandwich!!!!

This place has been horrible... People taking orders dont even know what they serve! You would think simple order of wings and fries would not be to difficult! This is not a isolated incident. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks now. I cant take it anymore.

If you go on a day when theres a special, this place is great. The beer selection is pretty good and the food is consistent. It may not be the most interesting or exciting choice, but its an excellent backup plan. Also great if youre trying to catch a game.

I am from Buffalo and I can not express my loved enough for the real deal thats made best in Buffalo, the WINGS!!! Compared to those, I would give the wings here 7/10 only because of the fact that the size of each wing is so tiny. But the flavors are good!

Pretty fast service if youre dining in but same cant be said about take out. I would recommend ordering over the phone rather than doing it in the restaurant that way you wont have to wait. Ohh and most importantly is that the food is pretty amazing

Place is kinda ran down. Manager sat in corner talking about date he had on night before and wait staff was more worried about how they looked than service. Bartenders did a gr8 job. Idk ... more of a click than a place to eat.

I really cant say I enjoy their food. It seems greasy and loud inside. The food seems low quality and it is not a great experience. I think it is just like any other BWW, so if you like other ones, you probably like this one.

The waiters are very engaging and friendly, the restaurant itself is lively and entertaining, and flavors of chicken are delicious and leave me craving more. I love their selection of French Fries, too.

Bw3 is the place to love to hate. It used to be a great deal on the special days, but now even those days seem pretty expensive. Food and service is generally pretty good.
