The Blue Bay Diner will never see me again. My husband and I go every weekend for Breakfast for the past 3 yrs. The service is good but the management is horrible on July 5, 2209 we made our usual weekend visit to the diner usually we order off the Brunch menu which is about $15.95 per person which is not bad it comes with fruit, juice and some other things I personally like to order the Mimosa with my meal and this time my husband did the same. When we received the drinks only 1 was a Mimosa and the other just Orange Juice. I told my waitress who is always nice to us and she had told us no problem let me tell my manager and get another drink to you. Well the manager came over to the table and told me how the Mimosa is made and that he will not replace the drink. I explain I know how a Mimosa is made however this drink was not a Mimosa it was Orange Juice he rolled his eyes and walk away. At this point I am irate my waitress returns back to the table and sees the look on my face and ask me if Im alright I told her how the manager just spoke to me and refused to make the drink over. She stated " you come here all the time and I dont see why he didnt replaced the drink" I told her it was ok but we will not be returning here again. Clearly the manager doesnt realize that this is a recession and going out is not a necessity. I would never return back to this diner because customer service is not there specialty.

completely horrible place. the food was not fresh at all. i ordered a seafood broiled platter. it came with stuffed clams, two strips of sirloin, and a lobster tail. i also got mashed potatoes and spinach as a side. the stuffed clams were not firm. it was so mushy. impossible to enjoy. the sirloin was rubbery and hard. also overcooked. very bland with no flavour at all. i had to drench it with A1 sauce. oh gosh. the lobster tail. IT. WAS. THE. WORST. PART. OF. THE. DINNER! it was not fresh at all. i have no doubt that it was in that freezer for over a month. it was rubbery, bland, cold to the touch, and it was difficult to chew and pull apart. i hurt my jaw trying to bite on it. the mashed potatoes were alright except for being cold. like, they were cold when it was brought out from the kitchen. out of everything the spinach was the best part of the meal. it was warm.....(ill ignore the fact that it was also from a can). when i approached the manager to complain about the lobster tail, he tried to persuade me that it was never frozen. he kept saying in his pathetic attempt at english "its fresh. never frozen". the bloke couldnt communicate. honestly, i wanted to have the courage to march in the kitchen and check their freezer myself. i shall never eat here again.

2 breakfast for nearly $40.00. Dude...all i had was eggs with coffee.so i get to counter to pay, and the little guy at the counter ask...listen to this...if i wanna include the tip in the charge. He didnt ask if I enjoyed the food?, was it good? No!!!! He asked if he could include the tip in my charge...i saw the waiter a total of 1 minute. " 10 seconds to place order for coffee, 10 seconds to place order for food, and another 40 seconds to serve, and he wants me to tip. The Cornbeef hash taste like salty herring, the orange juice "fresh squeezed" was a clump to drink out of straw, they didnt even strain it.bottom line, take your family somewhere else, worst diner ive ever been in...no bull! No breakfast specials here...keep it moving. Reallly, Really bad Diner. All these other reviews are pretty much lieing to you.Nothing good here. Ohhh on a personal note, i did notice the wait stafff are all 30 to 40 year old fat Mexican Men....what happened to the teenagers tryna make a living to pay for school?.

This was the worst food I ever ate. I ordered flounder to take out with mashed potatoes and soup. When I got there they gave me salmon instead. The so called manager stated I ordered salmon not flounder which was not true, but I do eat salmon so I didnt mind. It was over cooked, dry and had no taste. The following day I called to tell the manager Jimmy it was not good and I threw it away. He was rude and abrupt and wanted to see the fish. I couldnt believe it. I was so angry I gathered it out of the garbage with the potatoes and vegetables and drove over there. He was again rude and asked me what I wanted him to do, I said give me my money back, which he wasnt willing to do. His business tactic was awful as well as his unkept personal hygiene. I will never patronize this place ever again, and will let all that do eat there know how this manager handled this situation.

Never going back, and you shouldnt either. Went to Blue Bay Diner late. Sept 17-18 2011. Had an okay meal. Waiter was good. My friend thought the rice pudding had tasted as of it had gone bad. She told the waiter. He took it off the bill, although we didnt ask him to Her intention was just to give him a heads up that it may have gone bad. When I went to pay the bill the "night Manager or whatever wanted to question why the bill had changed. My friend spoke up and to him that she thought it tasted like it had gone bad. This arrogant jackass stated THERE IS NEVER ANYTHING WRONG WITH OUR FOOD AND NO ONE EVE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE RICE PUDDING! There was no, Im sorry we will check on it or whatever. Sounded like someone who may had heard this one before Thought the waiter was good. Too bad he has to work for such a fool.

I used to work at blue bay diner and the maneger had no respect or consideration towards his customer and employees. One time a customer came with his wife and two kids, they order a kids meal for one, and the other kid was going to share with his dad.The kids meal comes with an apple juice so I brought one drink the other kid wanted one to I went over to the maneger and ask if I can give the boy and extra cup of apple juice the maneger responded with a no unless the parents wants to pay extra cash. I apoligized to the customers but they were really upset with the maneger they told him they,will never come back again. Seriously I would never recomend this place to no one the price of the food is extremelly expensive.

Ive been to this diner with my family on a regular basis after visiting numerous other terrible diners. We just like to enjoy the American style breakfast from time to time. Maybe once or twice a month. In all occasions the waitresses were very nice. The breakfast menu is quite nice. Taste on point and speedy delivery. Price is as expected of a diner, perhaps a little more expensive compared to the other diners, but the portions are a bit more. I sometimes order a random dish and I found them to be a little inconsistent. Just stick with the breakfast in the diner... at least thats what I think. You cant go wrong with the breakfast taste.
