The customer service is bi far the Worst I have dealt with in a long time. I go there for one reason, and that is to get my brother his favorite fast food; kind of hard to mess up a standard recipe. He is dying of cancer so I will do anything for him to make his last days pleasant. But I have to admit, dealing with this place is really taxing my patience. I go there at least once to twice a week and the mess-ups are normally minor enough to deal with (short a piece of chicken, biscuit, or cole slaw instead of rice and beans) Ive just learned to CHECK EVERYTHING before I leave. I get it replaced or fixed and we all move on. But the costumer service is getting more and more intolerable, the staff makes me feel like I am being overly picky because I would like my order to be correct. I would NEVER go there again if it wasnt for my brother. Learn to check your order or deal with what ever THEY FEEL like giving you. If I could give a Rating of neg five I would but I am required to give at least one star or I can not post but this place does Not deserve even one

This location has horrible customer service. I went there on a Friday night and it had been 30 minutes since I ordered and I finally went up to the desk. Along with myself there were about 8 other people who had not received their orders yet. We all had to go up AGAIN and show the employees our tickets and they had to make our order right then and there, which literally took about 5 minutes. It took almost an hour before we finally got our food. The store was messy I might add. Lids and straws were not stocked. One of the soda fountains was out of ice. Tables needed to be wiped down. And the trash was overflowing. Let me also point out that during the whole time we were waiting for our food no one, NO ONE apologised for the mix up or offered a refund. It was very clear the manager on duty that night was poorly educated on customer service. I hope corporate sees this review. Highly dissatisfied

I originally tried to call this location because I did not see Catfish on their menu, and I have eaten it there before. The phone line was giving a continual busy signal. When I got there, I addressed this to the lady in charge. She was very apologetic and informed me that they were aware of the situation, and it was in progress of being taken care of. So, I ordered my DELICIOUS Catfish for me and my daughter, and Chicken Tenders, for my son. I saw on the display, some kind of BlackBerry dessert. It looked pretty good, but when I ordered it, the lady apologized to me, again, and said that they were sold out until tomorrow. I was sad, but not upset, because she handled each of my issues in a respectful manner. If either one of those issues were not present at the time of my visit, they would have received a FIVE STAR, EASILY! Thank you

This is my first time at Popeyes. I work in the food industry for many years so I know what service is and you failed. I ordered the dippin chicken but the was no kind of dip to be found. The guy asked if I wanted to add on a drink, I said sure. He takes my money, hands me my food and totally forgets my drink. I honk 3 seperate times and no one comes to the window. Finially I get his attention and get my drink. Before I paid I was asked if I could back up and then pull forward again so I could reset their drive thru timer. And last when I call to comlain the phone rings and rings and rings with no answer. First and last time I will ever visit your poor excuse for a restaurant.

The customer service at this Popeyes franchise store is located inside a gas station at the SW corner of Dobson & Broadway. Everytime Ive ordered food, it is fresh and fast. The employees are always bright and well mannered, too. To top it off, I took my kids and their grandma there for lunch today. Unfortunately, I ended up back their at about 11:45 tonight because my son wrapped up his retainer in a napkin and accidentally dropped it under the table as we got up to leave. The manager and staff searched all over, found it and stayed around until I got there to retrieve it. NOW THAT is Customer Service! Thanks guys! Well definitely be back soon!

Food was sitting out when we arrived so we asked for how long. The manager told us 25 minutes. The chicken strips were chewy not crispy. Staff was more interested in anything else other than us and Manager was unfriendly and seemed irritated when we asked about how long The chicken was sitting out. The shrimp was tough as well. The spicy chicken strips my fiance ordered were actually fine. The restaurant was very dirty and though they were cleaning, I dont think dumping water on the floor without mopping it is very effective.

I was in drive through 15 min, gave them benefit of doubt, because short handed, i ate at this store not long ago this first time my shrimp sat along time paid alot of money for family order to sit an have it served cold rubbery shrimp frys cold not done sat there hard as a rock. I love popeyes but this was bad. The gentlmen workinv counter knew it was not right but served it anyway s. Also, tried to call to complain couldnt get anyone to talk on the line they answered but didnt say anything what the hell 40 down the drain

We were there about 11:15 am and waited about 5 minutes to be waited on. There was no one ahead of us... they were just serving the drive thru and ignoring us. I ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken strip combo and had to wait for the chicken to be cooked... no problem, it would be fresh. Got my order and it was only a 3 piece combo. I checked my receipt and that is what she charged me for so I didnt say anything. Last straw... it wasnt the spicy chicken... just the regular. Wont go back there... the service is terrible.

The food, what I could eat of it was good, unfortunately I was trying to eat it on the road...for my coleslaw I was not given any implement to eat it with, so had to throw it out...and no napkins...Charles according to the receipt took the order...not happy with the service, then when he was giving me my change dropped some of it on the ground, so I hunted around til I found it...I highly doubt Ill ever stop back there again.

Worst popeyes I ever ate still trying to get the regional manager phone number GOT an order spent over 33.00 right before close was wrong asked the main manager of the store if there was ANYTHING he COULD do and he said no so I ordered the same 16 piece I tried to grt on the FIRST trip I made they told me it would be a 15 min wait so I canceled the order tried to get a 3 piece and ended up waiting 20 mins

We go to this location every so often. Popeyes is something I have to be in the mood for. I have never been treated badly, the employees are friendly and they get my food out as quickly as possible. The one time weve had to wait they wanted to give us drinks but alas we already had some. The area isnt the best but thats okay. The people working have always been wonderful to my husband and I.
