Chick Fil A has good food. BUT- DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! The people that run this place are beyond snobby. There hire quite a lot because they cant keep employees. The management here is very two faced. Sue acts like she is very nice but she can be really mean and puts her stress onto others. It seemed that everyone there that was an employ was scared of her. If you do anything wrong- she will yell/ correct at you in front of everyone else. Management would give breaks to their favorite employees most of the time and then pretend that they " forgot" about giving you a break. They would also talk about what they didnt like about other employees when they were not there- or when they were there, just not in the same room. One of the managers asked how to say " threesome in Spanish." This way typical for a day of work. Catalina seems nice- but I dont think that she really is. Take my word- you will be a lot happier working somewhere else. For a company that is Christian based- far from it. I have worked for companies/people .where I didnt have to deal with what I had to at chick fil a.

Terrible experience! Ive been coming here for years and the service has significantly declined with each experience lately becoming worse and worse. And today was the final straw. First, the cashier rung me up for a spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich (an honest mistake) but then when I asked one of the workers who was taking orders to tables to get a new sandwich for what I actually ordered, she seemed hesitant about getting me what I ordered. Then when I finally got my new sandwich I also told her I didnt get the French fries that I ordered she audibly sighed and walked away without saying anything. Then a minute later I see her go sit down for break and I still dont have my French fries so I go get them myself. Absolute horrible customer service. And I wasnt the only one. There were at least 4 other tables around me that I could hear that had their orders messed up, including one lady who was there before me and still didnt have her food when I left about 25 minutes later. Wont be coming back here again. So disappointed in the service.

Ive never had a bad experience here until today.. everything was good until we got to the window and asked for sauce.. the Spanish lady was very rude when we asked for sauce and didnt even acknowledge us when we pulled to the window.. just put the bag out the window and turned to talk Spanish to her friends! If your gonna work in customer service and work the window, make the customer first, not your Spanish speaking friends! If you dont wanna do your easy job standing at the window greeting customers, then go in the back and clean dishes!

F- this place this use to be the best chick fil A in salt lake now its sucks. All the employees, even the "manager" are rude and hate working. We will never go here again! They messed up our sandwiches, instead of just remaking them they just took off the stuff we didnt want and handed it back! They have so many employees standing there but no one know what they are doing. Until they fire all those people; rehire & train new people who like to work were not giving them a dollar "My Pleasure"

Had a buy one get free from a fundraiser so I ordered food through the drive through for the whole family at this location, which was further than the one near our house. When I asked if my buy one get one was in the bag the server said yes. I looked and told him it wasnt there. He gave me a look like I was holding up the line and said, "its all there sir." We drove to the parking lot and double checked. It wasnt. Waste of time and a bad experience. We wont be going back.

Pretty ok. Your average chick-fail-A. Let me see though, asking for sauce through the drive thru, forget about it. As dumb as I sound leaving this review, it angers me slightly when I get home and find that there are no condiments in the bag. Theyre already pretty stingy about giving out their precious chick-fil-A sauce, but dang. Maybe they should sell it in bottles at your local grocery store so I can buy it there and not worry about getting any at the restaurant.

I dont know why CFA has such a following really. The food is fine, but not anything special. Is it better than McDonalds? Sure. But given the opportunity to go get food somewhere I think Id rather go elsewhere. It is better than some of the lower-end fast food, but Im never dying to eat there. This location seemed to be a bit all over the place as well, as there was at least 6 employees standing around the cashier area, with no sure sense of purpose.

I had the chicken wrap and the chicken was good and the avocado lime dressing made it amazing! The criss cut fries were the best I have ever had. They also make fresh lemonade and it is that old-fashion-sit-on-your-front-porch good. The staff were super polite and the food was delivered to you before you could even sit down. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. I am definitely going back.

This location is great. The food tastes fresh, the staff is kind and act promptly, and the play area is well maintained. Drive thru is just as fast as going inside if not faster. I recommend not going during peak times, as it can get quite busy with longer than expected wait times. They seem understaffed during these times. The peak time bustle causes the restrooms to not be kept up as fast either.

My husband and I went to this location for lunch. When we got our order my husband received the wrong sandwich and no fries. We showed the worker our receipt and she brought a new sandwich but no fries. My husband and I understand that it was busy, so we asked if we could still get the fries. The worker just walked away and proceeded to go on break. Very disappointed. We wont be returning.

Super busy during lunch but they know how to get you through with consistent and accurate service. My last visit I had 3 kids with me and the employee offered to help take my stuff to my table and get the high chair situated. My only feedback is Ive never gotten offered to top off my drink like Ive had at other locations, but this is a great location either way!

We love Chick-fil-A, but this is the first time weve been to this branch, and it wasnt good. My salad was wilted, the grilled chicken super dry....everything on the salad was gross tasting. And they changed my order "because it would be easier to do it this way." Her change made my order more expensive though so I asked her to change it to what I ordered. Weird.

Staff were accommodating for our large group of family members. The very large order was short 2 items. A friendly quick response made it right. Great customer service in a family environment. We had family come together there from California, Montana, Idaho and Utah. Thanks for being a clean place to meet and share a meal!
