Hoy estuve en pollo loco mesa river view, la comida estaba súper fría, el restaurante esta todo sucio, la barra de las salsas toda cochina y los empleados sentados platicando en las mesas, con sus amigos creo yo. Y nadie les decía nada, es una lástima, desde que no está Jorge o daisy. Este restaurante es un asco. Y de los baños ni hablemos. Eso fue hoy domingo 28. De agosto entre 1:30 y 2:00 de la tarde... Gracias.

Customer service is very bad. It took over 8 minutes for my order to come out. While I stood at the counter waiting for my order the cook filled a previous order. The counter girl and another coworker stood around chatting away while the previous order sat and got cold. Realizing that I had Bern waiting for over 5 minutes the counter girl tried to fill my order with the previous order. I told her that I was not accepting that order since I knew that chicken sat getting cold while she talked to her coworker. The young man (coworker) became disrespectful and raised his voice. Do not visit this place!

Bought a family meal.. that included rice, beans, a salad, the chicken and churros.. the rice was hard as if it had been sitting for a long time.. the beans they gave us was basically just the juice with a few beans in the cup.. the salad they gave us was bad the lettuce at the bottom was black and the avocado was black as well.. the churros undercooked.. sad to say we payed for the family meal when the only good thing about it was the chicken.. this was our go to place.. now I think we will stick to kfc or our nearest carniceria.. would post pictures if I knew how to..

I try to order from the drive-thru window as the store was being painted and did not know really if the store was open.. When I try to order the lady at the window made a face if I was an inconvenience. So I apologized and left with out ever making my order. Ive been going to this place for a few months now but after this incident I probably wont recommend this place to anyone.

I got a two piece combo , The leg and thigh they brought me was so small that each one fit in the palm of my hand and I have small hands my wife has bigger hands than I . The salsa bar was a messy disaster a very old salsa.and the pico was empty all together. It was 6:45 PM and it was like they were waiting to close . Will never eat at this at Pollo Loco again

We could not understand anything the lady at drive through window was saying. We then pulled up to window to pay sat there waiting just to, to the point we were ready to drive off get food elsewhere. Its getting a 3 as food better be good!!

My father loves the El Pollo Loco so we go often. This is one of the cleaner El Pollo Locos in my opinion. The food at this particular restaurant is always good and the staff is friendly.

Food is good. This place is a disaster. Took is a minute to find a semi clean table. Workers just standing around. Salsa bar is a hot mess. Coukd really use cleaning up. Its not even busy.
