This was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. I walk up to the door to open it for my companion and all of the employees must be in high school and are hanging out in the dining area with other kids their age who I assume are their friends. The other "customers" give us a look like "what are they doing here?" the employees go back to their stations in no apparent hurry and look a bit bothered by our intrusion. The employees take our order and have our food ready and on the counter before I have my credit card back in my bill fold. At first I think must have miss judged these poor innocent kids and they must have all just been on break at the same time and that I need to work on not being so judgmental. I then sit down to enjoy my meal that I had Just purchased with my hard earned money. I open the box to my country fried steak and potatoes with a side of mac and cheese. It reminds me of school lunch back in elementary school, I tell myself that it does not mean it will taste bad and remind myself not to be so judgmental... I excitedly cut into the fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy on top and was expecting some sort of glutinous bliss with a side of nostalgia. Well... Im sorry to say it was utterly disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting under a red heat lamp for more than a week. It tasted of strong preservatives and some sort of freeze dried funk from 1984. I had a hard time trying to tell the difference between all three dinner items even when eaten one at a time with many swigs of what I hope was water in between each dreadful bite. After my sixth bite I could not go on any longer, I had to end this nightmare once and for all! I lifted up my tray off of the table and threw its contents into the trash... I will never come back to this place and I hope the manager knows whats going on in his store. Its disgraceful not only to the owner but to KFC as company and I hope this place gets shut down. This was not my first bad experience at this establishment but I gave it a second chance after 4 years and it was the same story all over again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

We went to this location of KFC tonight with my family and decided to "dine in", which I quickly regretted. The inside of the restaurant was filthy! More than half the tables had not been cleaned up. The soda machine had dried soda all along the back splash. The floor was disgusting and I refused to put my infant in any of the high chairs because they were all so filthy. The bathrooms were atrocious, which we unfortunately had to use twice (thanks to my young kids with small bladders). I dont understand why the staff couldnt keep up with the maintenance of wiping tables and cleaning the bathrooms. They didnt appear to be busy despite us being there at dinner time. The food took way too long to be brought out. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars (rather than 1) is because the food was as good as I usually expect from KFC.

I ordered two buckets of chicken from here tonight. When I was ordering I had a few questions, but each time I tried to ask, the lady taking my order seemed annoyed and kept rushing me. When I got to the window the same lady handed out my food. I asked for honey and bbq sauce, she again acted annoyed and put out. She rolled her eyes and acted like she was seriously put out by my request. When I got home she had given me 3 packets of honey for my 8 biscuits and 2 packets of bbq sauce for my 22 pieces of chicken. I have been to this restraunt several times now and have received this same service each time. They are over priced to begin with, add in the absolutely horrible service and I can guarantee I wont be giving them any more chances. Customer service goes a really long way.

worst service ever ...i have givin them many chances and every time the service is outstandingly the worst ever ... i didnt think it was possible for them to be this bad ...even tho i live across the street a block down , i will drive to 33rd any time i want chicken because this location always makes mistakes and is rude and hour before they close they dont even have product to sell you ....my recommendation is to not go there

Waited 20 min for biscuits when they said it would only be 5-10 min. Chicken was undercooked. Mac & cheese was awful!! An they didn even give me my full order. When I called the manager to tell him he seemed like he really cared. When I went in after he said they would fix it for me, he would not fix it. Really disappointed in service and food!

WORST food ever. Not only will your order take twice as long as they say, it will be wrong. Smallest chicken pieces you will ever see. Did not order the macaroni & cheese, obviously part of a screwed up order, zero flavor, overcooked noodles, terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I did not want to even give 1 star. WON"T GO BACK!!

We went to dinner on June 19, there were 5 employees working, no tables were clean we had to ask them to come out and clean off a table the floors needed sweeping, the bathroom was awful, went and told them, the girl got right on it. So that was good, no soap in the girls bathroom. Your place needs some help. Ginger

Figured Id give a second chance after two years. Nope, still bad. An individual serving of potato wedges came with 6 wedges. Dumped inside the bag upside down. Mashed potatoes were room temp, and clumped together (like they were dry, not fresh by any means). Guess Ill stick the the Redwood Road 9000s location.

Pre ordered with the manager of the store and when I get there just after the 10 minutes that she said the food would be ready, I was informed that they forgot to cook my food! All I can say is Ill never go there ever again! This app wont even let me delete the one star. I give it zero stars

The employees were extremely rude to me plus I had to wait for my meal for 30 minutes..by the time I got my food ive notice that there was a piece of hair in my mac n cheese. I went up to them to tell them that and they said its not there problem. So there I ask for my refund and left

I went to get a burrito at 10 and the manager was being unnecessarily rude after my dog ate it he first time and refused to take my order, then proceeded to be rude to me and my friend and said everything was broken down. Very unhappy with my visit.

I ordered a mashed potato bowl and a small order of coleslaw. The coleslaw was frozen in the container and the chicken pieces inside the Potato Bowl was all hard. First and last time Ill go to this location.
