Slightly entertaining, slightly spicy and more than slightly flavorful but delicious all the same. Cupbop is a nice diversion from the ordinary Korean with dinner-in-a-cup. First you choose your poison by choosing your base, rice, noodle or lettuce. Then you pick a flavorful protein: chicken, pork, beef, tofu and other toppings. Last comes the spice level, which they slather on lavishly. Choose wisely here my friends! Make them stop if you must! This particular part of the preparation determines whether or not you if you will enjoy or be paying for the mean rest of the evening, ( if you know what I mean). Once you have your Cup in hand, feel free to sit down and enjoy the slightly loud and youthful environment while you dine. Most of the decor is on the ceiling, which is rather fun to look at, well at least inside the location at the Valley Fair Mall, and its kind of fun to enjoy your bowl of Korean bbq while watching the fountains just outside the window or from the patio also. I can see how this place could easily become a favorite for West Valley residents or Mall shoppers. Definitely edible for fast food k-fusion bbq! Something you should check out. I definitely recommend that you should try it at least once.

Today was my second time at the fixed location in Provo. We went around 6:10 - 6:15. There was a very nice blonde girl there. Give her a raise! She was so pleasant and professional. On to the food. The first time, Id ordered the noodle bowl at an 8. It was very tasty, and the spice was definitely there, but I like to suffer at little. So, today, I got a pork bowl at level 9. The girl at the counter even asked to make sure it was something I wanted, (which gave me confidence). Omg, it was awesome. Definitely will clear up any congestion you may have. My mouth burned the whole time! So, as someone who *lives* for spice, this place delivers. Its great because my husband, who doesnt dig spice as much, can get a level 3 and hes happy (4 is too much). Id only get a level 10 for special occasions or a challenge (or as a "peace offering" for enemies). Love this place. All spice levels have tasted SO good so far. Try it out!

Wonderful business! Food tastes great and you get a good amount of filling food for your purchase. Each dish is served with sauce that ranges in spiciness with 10 being the hottest. They get hot fast, but the right sauce can make all of the difference in enjoying your bowl. Lots of variety in drink options (be sure to try an aloe one!) Didnt eat all of your food? Itll taste great after being refrigerated too. Parking isnt the best right in front of the restaurant so Id recommend walking or finding parking nearby. If its your first visit and they know it, you usually get a free side of Mandu. My recommendation is the Toc Bop at a 2 spiciness with cabbage. (Pro tip: keep the lid on and shake the bowl to mix the sauce in with everything else.)

A few months ago I could easily have given the place ten stars, but the place is slowly reducing its standards, and its portions. Do not think we havent noticed, am a regular from the first time you opened. Used to be you could eat a cupbop for two meals, not any more. Your portions gave significantly reduced... There is a reason you use the hollow lid, because the portion went above the cup line, ..(the inner part of the lid would slightly come into contact with the food) Now you are lucky if the food even comes close to the lid.. Do not get greedy. More people will notice. And the food my friends and I got yesterday ( 25th) was way off.. I still think you guys are a good joint,.. But your original self was way cooler. With love.

Cupbop is my favorite Korean food truck/restaurant in Utah! Lets start with the food, I would give it 6 stars if I could! My favorite is either the Hot Bop (spicy pork) or the Combo Bop, you cant go wrong with either. There is a various selection for vegetarians as well. I am infatuated with their secret sauces. The creamy mayo-Sriracha sauce along with their spicy sauce are crack for my stomach. I usually go with a spiciness level of 8, but if youre not a big fan of spice, I would recommend anywhere from a 1-5. Every time I come to Cupbop, the staffs are always so nice and enthusiastic. I especially love the workers in the food trucks, I look forward to hearing them yell out my order each time!

I absolutley love Cupbop. The location in draper is my favorite, but you will find the same great food and customer service at any of their locations or food trucks! They go the extra mile for their customers. I havent even been treated so well at any other restaurant. My boyfriend and I go there often, and they are always super excited and personable to the both of us. I belive it is the manager at the draper location usually helps us and she is the sweetest person in the world, not only does she run things super well, but she shows each customer that she cares by smiling and making them feel welcome and accomodated. Food is amazing- customer service is even better!

We decided to try Cupbop today while we were by BYU. I had my twin two year olds with me and knew they had an outdoor seating area, and thought it might be tricky but worth a try. There arent any high chairs...to be expected I guess. The food was ok (I would probably order a different cup next time). Tasty meat, pretty average noodles and rice. We got the BBop. The lettuce in the cup didnt add anything it was pretty limp, I would definitely go with cabbage in the future. Also the outdoor seating area was sooooo hot. It would be really nice to have an inexpensive mister or fan in that area to make the experience more enjoyable for people to eat on site.

I usually love and I mean love cupbop. Its been a while since Ive been and I feel its become more of a chain fast food place now. They were super under staffed. I placed my order and even tipped 20%. They forgot my order, did it wrong. I asked if it was done like I asked and they just say yes. Clearly it was not. Asked for a side it was put in my cup and they got my spice level wrong. I would have taken it back except there were still at least 10 people in line waiting to order and more waiting on their food to come out. Rough experience this time. Im going to have to stop going to cup bop.

Ive been to a few food trucks in my life and I usually stay away because their always so expensive and you never get much food for what you pay for but since my work just started having food trucks come out I decided to take a look and ended up caving in to try Cupbop. I was surprised. The staff we SUPER friendly and pumped full of energy and seemed genuinely happy for me to come and try Cupbop for the first time. When I finally got to eat the food it was a very nice portion and the taste was AMAZING and Im totally in love with the flavors. Super recommend that you give it a try!!
