Southdown coffee is excellent! Their coffee isnt too strong or too weak. Its just right, to steal from Goldie Locks. My wife ordered a Greek salad and she was actually floored about how fresh it was and how actually tasty it was. I had a bacon egg and cheese that felt like it was right off the pan at my moms house. Very homely feeling, the people who work there are incredibly courteous, polite and very helpful. The best coffee shop Ive been to on Long Island. I recommend it completely. 5 stars!

I like this place, coffee is good, breakfast sandwiches are yummy. They need to add a phone # to their web site and to yelp, google etc. I wanted to ask a question about when breakfast was available and there is no phone number to call. I want them to stick around, they must add phone # and the web site needs some tlc. The place itself though is great!

Great coffee and tasty baked goods in the morning (so tasty they often run out of the best baked treats!). A little pricey compared to budget coffee, but no more so than Starbucks/other premium Java joints. Good service, although I did feel judged at one point by the very hip barista. Maybe thats part of the charm

Probably the only coffee shop on Long Island that you can get that typical " blogger " latte art. Super cute small local place with seating that reminds you of all the coffee spots in Manhattan. Their maple latte is one of my favorites!

We were here in March 2015. They are, by far, the BEST coffee shop on Long Island. We recently purchased a few bags and everyone at work loved it, too! I recommend the Cerrado Mineiro. Its great as a straight shot or in a latte.

I feel fortunate to have such great coffee ,perfectly roasted, in Huntington .Its unpretentious and comfortable.... the crullers are good to , but the coffee is exceptional. Southdown Coffee people very pleasant!!!

Great little place. My husband & I stumbled upon it one morning when we were looking for a different place. Been going back once a week for coffee & breakfast for about 2 months. Clean, good food & pleasant staff.

Hands down the best brew and cappucino in town. Add delicious sandwiches and pastries and youve got yourself a regular. My only pet peeve with this place is that the tables are often covered in crumbs

Very friendly staff. Service was pleasant and prompt. Amazing maple latte! Industrial type atmosphere. Its a shame its so small but thats one of the things that makes it a great find.

Fantastic coffee, all roasted in house. Im from MI and all I can say is madcap has nothing on these guys. They also carry Coastal Craft Kombucha on tap and have refillable growlers!

Coffee was not bad... Nothing really special... Customer service BAD!!! I would never go here again. There were little flies on the pastry... I felt so unwelcomed...
