Ive had to order twice once at 11:02 am which apparently didnt go through even though i got a confirmation email. The second time i order at 12:12pm and it said it would be here at 1242pm. I called and the person tells me "oh we only have one driver, youll get your pizza dont worry". I ask how long. Oh another 27 minutes. Thats honestly ridiculous. Seriously. No apology or anything. Ive been a delivery driver i know its hard but still.

Have been ordering from them for 6 years now.today we called and they dont deliver at our address. And they go past our house to deliver to our neighbors.so we will not call them again.Dominos was happy to deliver to us.so Auburndale Pizza Hut u lost a good customer.keep going and u will be out of jobs.GOOD JOB GUYS.u are doing good losing customers.

Dont order delivery. Second time they was a half hour late. When I talk to a manager only thing said both times was sorry weve been really busy. Too busy to take care of someone who use* to order regularly. If its going to take longer give a longer estimate. 40 minutes late Im making other dinner plans.

Theyve been delivering pizzas to my home for 7 yrs Ive lived at this address. Today somehow magically they cant find my phone # in their system and once I gave her my address, lady said they dont deliver to this area. Girl must be new or not properly trained. Will never again order from here.

Was going to order until i saw trash all over the floor dirty pans on the floor and an employee wasnt even wearing shoes or gloves. She kept sticking her fingers around her nose then proceeded to touch all the food that goes on the pizza. The place was a complete mess.

I order from here all the time. Today I got the 2 med for 6.99.one of pizzas had like 2 sliver of onion & on both pizzas some of the toppings were overcooked. On both pizzas there were spits that you could see the dough.absolutely not happy with this order

Ordered promotion deal and not only did the pizza arrive late and cold but they forgot the bread sticks. Driver said she be right back and a hour and a half later still no bread sticks. I had to call them and they then hung up on me! Horrible location!!!

Horrible service. Last time I ordered they forgot my 2 liter and were way late. I understand stuff happens so I called again. This time the Pizza never got delivered after calling to confirm order. Hope I get my money back like they promised

Very horrible service. Pizza was suppose to be delivered in 45 min and took a hour 1/2. I called to check on it the lady said its leaving now 20 more minutes went by.( I live less than 5 min away). And the pizza was old and crusty..

Ordered pepperoni pizza with wings and the brownie dessert got all the way home and its cheese pizza I call go back and pick up the right pizza then I open up my dessert....and its the cookie instead of brownie! Very disappointed!

I hate the service and the food came after waiting over 45 mins. Pizza wasnt hot, breadsticks were dry/hard and so was the cinnamon sticks I will never order here again! One star for giving a 20% discount for being late.

I ordered a veggie pizza from Pizza Hut in Auburndale yesterday. It was the best pizza I have ever had at pizza hut. Almost the best pizza ever! I also order the brownies as a desert and it was very tasty also!

Ordered online. Indicated that pizza would be delivered in 1 hour and 5 minutes. Was delivered 25 minutes late (total of 1 and 1/2 hours). Called to complain and got excuses. Beware of promised delivery times!
