As a person who travels a lot, Ive been to a numerous amount of fast food restaurant chains across the nation. This BY FAR has to be the worst, not just from Sonic, but in all. As I proceeded to order my food through the intercom and within the communication between the waitress and I, I heard the manager furiously screaming in the background saying ungodly things to her staff. UNPROFESSIONAL. Her staff must feel so uncomfortable working for someone of that nature. I asked the sweet lady who brought the food to my car what the situation was, and I am astounded that someone like their manager is even aloud to be working with people in general. The food was fine, of course, but I will forever remember to never to go there again. I didnt call corporate, because I saw the previous reviews of this establishment and was informed that corporate would do nothing about this reoccurring issue due to their lack of power in the situation. Apparently, this witch owns part of the restaurant; therefore, she can treat others like enslaved animals. Nothing will ever take away the experience I had there, so goodnight Sonic.

Their food is straight up doodoo, but lets be honest nobody is expecting good food from a sonic, they havent served an edible meal in a decade. The real issue is this specific Sonics inability to put any kind of effort into the only reason why people still go to Sonic: the desserts (slushees and ice cream). There is zero effort put into the slushees, the last one I got was pretty much just water. The ice cream is the worst offense (the Blasts), the past 5 times me or my wife has gone to this location we had borderline no snickers or whatever flavor requested in the Blast, we even ask for, and PAID for, extra snickers the past 2 times and we had literally nothing in them. One final note, pulling up to the menus is basically Sonics version of Russian Roulette since its a 50/50 whether the red button to call for service works or not. As one of the other reviews said, locals are ditching this place and so should you.

Absolutely the worst Sonic on the planet. The manager can usually be found on the side of the building or in the parking lot smoking with her crew. Many of us locals wont even go here anymore. Food is barely passable, service is awful with a revolving door of employees. When you turn over people like this place does, it tells you that you have a management problem. Franchisee doesnt care either because they refuse to answer guest complaints. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 2 minutes and go to McDonlds or Wards instead of this place. STAY AWAY!!

Went there today 11/27/2015 and ordered a breakfast burrito. It was old and stale and I literally couldnt distinguish the eggs from the sausage. Total fluke right? So i gave them a chance to redeem themselves and what I got next was nothing short of unfit/unsuitable for human consumption. Grease was the entree followed by a small strip of egg, atop of burnt cheese. I called management and they wernt able to come to the phone (guess they were busy preparing gourmet a la garbage). I Recommend looking the other direction when passing.

Been three times in the last month. First time, for a tea. Got what I ordered. Second time, I tried a grilled chicken sandwich. Quite possibly the worst chicken sandwich Ive ever had. The meat was cold and rubbery. Simply couldnt finish it. Also, the fries were overcooked. Third time, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. It was two chicken strips on a bun. Not nearly what I was expecting. Again, the fries were overcooked. I gave it an extra star because the tea is pretty good. No complaints there.

Your order here will be wrong 90% of the time. Making a burger without lettuce and tomato must be like calculus for these people. This dumpster fire of a fast food place must have the worst management, because no one working there cares enough to do anything right.

Every time you go to sonic the orders wrong and we went tonight got there right after 11 and instead of telling us that they were closed they turned the lights off and everyone there is rude and has no customer service experience

Love this place. Best shakes around. Usually very speedy. Love their summer nights promotion. 1/2 off shakes and ice cream slashes. Best deal ever. Other than free of course.

Sonic food is low quality. I wish they would improve recipes. Daily drink specials are good. Slushes taste good but made with cheap flavor mixes, no surprise.
