Worst B-Dubs in existence. Good news: Lots of room for improvement. Bad news: Until they improve, youre outta luck. Ive been twice and have been unimpressed both times (thats putting it nicely). It was 15 minutes between the waitress taking our drink order and coming back and me having to *tell* her that we still didnt have drinks. We ordered an appetizer without jalapenos and ours came LOADED with them (this occurred both times - two completely different appetizers, but the kitchen staff still couldnt get it figured out). I ordered Buffalo Chips with cheese with my entree, and the kitchen brings out my food and they didnt even give the cheese time to melt on the chips. It was literally a pile of cold shredded cheese that hadnt been melted sitting on top of the potatoes. I looked at it, looked at the woman who brought it, and gave her a, "What in the world is this?" look, and she awkwardly smiled and walked away. The waitress came up and asked if I wanted the kitchen to melt the cheese "more." (By more I think she just meant did I want the kitchen to melt the cheese AT ALL). She brought my food back about 30 seconds later and thankfully, four slivers of cheese had melted. The service here is SO slow, SO dense, and SO inept. B-Dubs has been going downhill in terms of service for quite a while, but this place puts it at an all-new low.

Definitely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever! One star is the lowest I can rate. Terrible service and cold food is what this place is famous for, they might want to consider hiring some servers who arent under the influence of drugs and who can do their job in a professional manner, also when you walk in you get the feeling that you walked into a underground teenage night club where the music is so loud I had to scream at my waitress as she had to do to me for us to communicate, but what topped it off is the male waiter who had to scream to speak with his table said "wait until the managers are gone theyre watching us about beer" then returned quicker than our waitress to give them a beverage that was completely illegal. Cant wait until this place closes down or gets new employees.

Pikeville KY; Ate the Big Jack Daddy Burger; The Burger was a 7/10 the BBQ sauce was overpowering any other taste to the burger but the patty itself could be seasoned better. Small portion of fries to the massive burger; Nevertheless the Burger was very filling (Big guys appitite). Drunk a Guinness Draft with this meal the beer stayed cold the whole time and had a proper head on it. As far as service goes it didnt take long for our food and our waiter was very nice/made sure we was taken care of.

I have been a few times now since they have opened. One particulate waiter "David" has waited on my party twice and both times has had a horrible attitude and gave terrible service. At one point he walked past our table and I had tried to get his attention and even raised and waved my had at him and he was going to walk right on past. I will go again the food was great but I will make sure to request not being in his section.

No UFC PPV??? Why have you chose to make this particular bdubs different from all others in existence? So what have you done? Wasted your time. This makes everyone have to travel nearly 2 hours to another, simply to watch something they could watch, five minutes down the road. Get your act together bdubs.

Great wings, appetizers and drafts. Nice, clean environment. Come one, two or bring a party. Wait time for carry out is usually a short wait too. Busy nights are typically weekends and special sporting events of course. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Waited over 30 minutes ordering from Fast Break lunch menu. Food is great but service is slow. Manager offered to put it in a go bag. Couldve went to McDonalds if Id wanted that. People that came in after us got served quickly. Wont be back.
