I saw a comercial for 7 pc chicken with extra stuff for 9 dollars. went up to the drive thru in Burnsville MN and asked for half grilled and half crispy, and was told that it would be 17 minutes for the grilled. I then said no but I will take half crispy and half original, they said they were out of crispy. I decided to go somewhere else. Next day I still had a craving for some grilled chicken so went back to the same drive thru. I think it was the same person from the night before because I had trouble understanding her accent. I wanted to order the 7 pc meal and wanted grilled and crispy, I couldnt believe it when the gal said no grilled ready will be 17 minutes. I said no and went with the half crispy and half original, I paid and went home to eat, guess what it was all original, no crispy.. The first time I went it was about 7 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that is why they didnt have any grilled ready. The second time was about 1 in the after noon. I just wish that that if kfc is going to advertise grilled chicken they would only say eat in only. I dont know who will wait 17 minute for chicken in a drive thru. The food I did get was good, I just wish I could get what I order or would like to order.

I was at this location on evening of 4/20/2017. I ordered a Georgia gold basket which the displayed price showed $5.49 + tax. However, I noticed on the receipt I was charged $6.49 + tax. When I pointed out to the cashier that I was overcharged. He said their prices have increased but have not changed their prices on the menu. I told him that this was illegal to display a price and without any sort of proper disclosure, charge the customer more. A lady from the back came and started laughing at me because I was complaining about $1 more in extra charge. I told her it was illegal and that I will complain to the corporate office. She continued to laugh and said "go right ahead". I will not only complain to the corporate office but will file a complaint with the FTC and MN Attorney generals office as I believe this location is intentionally overcharging customers. I have receipts, photos and picture of the employee in question in my possession.

This location needs better management at night. The staff at night was giving away food to people that were just sitting around, they were playing on cell phones, and the manager ran our order up while holding a toddler behind the counter. The bad part was that dining area was dirty and my order was wrong (shouldve been mixed original and cripsy). I pointed it out and they told me there was a wait on the original so they just gave me crispy. Perhaps if they hadnt given their friends free food I (the paying customer) couldve gotten the correct order. I was thinking of having them do a luncheon for my work-now I know....

Over priced and food seemed like it was sitting longer than it should. I waited for fresh chicken to be made which was a big inconvenience last time I visited KFC. Highly dissatisfied... Havent eaten there in over a year. I love KFC and there biscuits so Im sad to say this one just didnt have great service and the food was not the greatest even after waiting.

Closed at least 40 minutes early when I stopped by at 9:20, which is not uncommon for this location. Employees were clearly visible eating at the drive through window. When the restaurant is open service is horrible and its never clean. Clearly the staff doesnt take any pride in their work. A very sad representation of a typically great restaurant.

Floors tend to be sticky a lot when I go inside. Customer service could be a bit more genuine. You can just feel that "oh another customer" vibe even when its slow. Also had friends say the drive thru ppl can get sassy. Could be a better store if all the employees cared about serving the customer and the store. Its the little things.

This was by far the worse KFC in MN. Just ghetto. While I was in the drive thru, a couple of the employees went out for an smoke brake and was damn near on my number of my car. Mean while the lady that took my order was rushing me to order and they werent even busy. So I just pulled off didnt even order. Never again!

The girl with the blonde hair with glasses was very rude rolled her eyes practically threw out the bag of food and shoved the pop at us through the drive-thru so hard that the lid popped off and some of it actually got inside of the car so now the interior of my car is sticky and filled with pop thanks to her

8:46pm and the lobby was closed. Sign clearly states open until 9pm and drive thru to 10pm. I didnt mind going into drive thru after. Car behind me ordered and drove off, not sure if frustrated or pranking the site. Staff seemed ready for their day to be over.
