went awhile back and 30mins before closing I approached the bus to place my order and one of the ladies was having a conversation with the cook.After me saying excuse me twice she noticed me standing there and told me that they were closed with an attitude. I asked her what times they close and she gave me an answer of now (menu states otherwise but I am an understanding person). I say okay and proceed to walk back to my car when I hear the cook laughing about what just took place and him saying why did you lie to that lady like that. So the cook calls me back after im about halfway to my car and asks me what I wanted to order because they actually will be closing in 30mins.I let him know that I wasnt happy with the lady and I would take my money elsewhere.So after 3 months I decided to try it out again...the main lady taking orders was having a full blown conversation with the person in front of me after she had taken her order and there was also about 4 people behind me in line.Once she was finished she took my order with a slight attitude.Im hungry and it wasnt as bad as my 1st experience so I brush it off.I order the wings which could have been seasoned more but the breading was perfect. Due to me having to deal with an attitude by the girl taking the orders I rather just not come back for a 3rd try. Bad attitudes do not do well with customer service.Hopefully down the line it will change because the business loses money before even experiencing the food on which I hear really good things about....

Food was delicious but very poor customer service skills! Call and confirm order for my church talked to owner. Told them what we we wanted and ask for extra sides, even told them we didnt care about the extra cost, we were willing to pay. Short story, confirm three times, still didnt get the order right, the last portion of side was given was even for 20 people, not at all for about the 70 people I ask for. The men of my church said they were very short and unfriendly. Not apologetic at all. We will not be returning. Customer service is a must!!!!

The service at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. We were originally told the food was going to take 15 minutes, while this is acceptable it was also a lie. The food took 39 minutes and we were still missing our corn by the end of it. The corn was going to take another 5 minutes so we settled for two desserts instead. Do not eat at this restaurant; it is not worth the time it wastes. The overall disrespectful nature of the employees was also appalling. They are running a restaurant and they are not acting like it.

I travel this whole country & i am a BBQ lover. Hands down best BBQ I ever had. I had to stop my meal just to write this review. This is my 4th or 5th time going. The food is always fresh and so full of flavor. Ive never tasted pulled pork with this much flavor. If they ever open a large sit down restaurant, every other BBQ joint will go out of business!

Id take a star from someone else with how rude and improper the conduct of the employees are and how untimely they deliver... plus... waiting 30 minutes for food off a truck that has been slow cooked earlier in the day supposedly and its not hot when you have 1 other in front of you... I recommend you take your busimess ANYWHERE ELSE

First visit! Great service from our waitress named Fortunate.....listened to what we wanted, unlike so many others! The food was really good, with a Creole Burger and a Calamari Salad. Excellent value...including 2 wines and a beer and service R265. Can thoroughly recommend Deep South..

Super ghetto and absolutely fantastic. The best barbecue in Fort Myers, hands down. And the desserts are great, too. Havent tried the seafood; my wife and I always get the pulled pork or brisket.

Finally tried this place and loved it. Some of the best ribs Ive had in a long time. The mac&cheese was outstanding too. Price was great and the service was quick. Ill be back to try some more.

I ordered the houseblend wings, the taste was great. The wings made me feel very full from a few bites and sick afterwards though. Im wondering to myself, "Do they put steroids in these wings?"
