This is not a bad restaurant, nor is it stellar. This is the first KFC I have ever been to that routinely runs out of certain items on their menu. My husband or I have been there on at least ten occasions over the last few years to order family size meals when we have family or friends over, and every single time the restaurant is either out of coleslaw (as you know, one of the staples of a KFC menu), mashed potatoes, or theyre out of wings/thighs/breasts/etc., Whether this is because of lazy planning by the staff, or cutbacks by management, I cannot say, but one cannot call it a coincidence if it has occurred every visit. The food is about the same quality as the average KFC restaurant, sometimes the chicken is moist and cooked perfectly, and others it is bone dry and seems as if it has been under the lamps too long, but thats a gamble you take with any KFC. However, the staff in this Madisonville restaurant need to be more knowledgeable of what is included in all the meals on the promotional menu, and the buffet in the store could use a little bit more attention. The dining room and bathrooms, however, are very clean every time I have been in them. My major complaint is that large orders really arent this particular establishments forte. The hassle of never being able to order a "normal" family meal with staples from the menu has discouraged me from regularly being a patron to this establishment. We routinely have large family gatherings and if you have ever been to KFC, you know unless you have a really good coupon, that chicken "dont come cheap". If youre looking to feed a large number of people, it might be best to call first and make sure theyre not out of anything.

The last experience I had with KFC was so horrible I cant even stand it! The female who took my order was super rude at the speaker but nice while taking my money at the window! I ordered a large macaroni and cheese to go ! Got home open the container to eat some of my Mac and cheese and was so disgusting looking! First of all the color of the Mac and cheese was white not golden yellow like normal Mac and cheese ! Then it had these brown specs throughout the entire container of Mac and cheese and no the little brown specs werent bacon lol!

Waited in line at the drive-thru for 45 mins. They gave me a cake for the wait...but I get home & my order is not right. I got mashed potatoes & gravy instead of potato wedges & the biscuit is hard & tough. On top of that, I try calling the restaurant & for more than 30 mins no one answers. I get a message stating, "there is no one to take your call right now". Bad service!

me and my friend went and we had to flag down some one just to take our order and after that we could not find a clean table and the chicken smelt like bolonga I asked for my money back the chicken was gross and who ever runs it now really dont care obviously I will never go back ever just gross the place is run by a bunch of skanks

Stood at counter for a while because they had to check and see if they had what I ordered. Food was alright. Some of chicken was dry, not moist and juicy like im used to. The buffet looked mediocre at best and there were flies buzzing around my food. So there you have it. I dont think ill be returning.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I promise... we had to wait 30 -35 minutes on our food. We ordered regular chicken meals around 7 pm... nothing specially made, not a rush hour. Youd think wed at least get one free drink.. but we didnt. Its not something new, its been like this the last 3 times weve been there.

Cant rate the food quality. Stood at the counter for about 8 minutes while three employees saw us. One filling the buffet and trying to tell jokes, one waiting on food to fill orders, and the other stood there looking at us. Walked out and across the street for something else to eat...

No napkins or plastic ware to eat potatoes....potatoes dry with very little gravy. Didnt have utensils or napkins so I had to go borrow some from a stranger.....I called to complain and didnt get any apology. $5 box. Drink had very little ice, almost water down.
