I went there several times during the last couple of months. There were not many traditional Korean restaurants in Tucson, that was why I ate there. Food was initially not bad but the last visit made me not going back there anymore. When I entered the restaurant, the lady did not say or look at me even after giving me the menu book. Actually she threw it at me. I felt she did not welcome me but I thought I was wrong and ignored it. I ordered food, finished eating, and paid the bill. That was when I figured out why she was unwelcoming and angry at me. She said to me in a condescending and sarcastic manner, "Why did you never tip? I am not the owner!" And then several seconds later, "Never mind. Forget it." She did not try to talk with me. She just yelled at me. I was thinking, "What? I paid tip first time. And when I visited again she was the only one always there, so I thought she was the owner. Thats why I did not tip after that." But I was surprised and did not know what to say right away, and just walked out. At first, I was sorry for not paying tip. But I am glad not paying tip for her bad service.

Deliciousness!!!! Seoul Kitchen is so good. I have been a fan of Korean food for quite some time and this place has nearly all my favorites. If you’re looking to try Korean food for the first time or if you haven’t found a good place in Tucson you should give this place a go. The Employees are very friendly and the delicious house kimchis are always changing (a sign that it is super fresh and made seasonally). If there is ANY drawback to this charming restaurant it is that it is very small and bringing too many friends at once can be a bit awkward and possibly stressful on the staff (though they would never show it), so if you tend to linger about after your meal be conscious of others who may be waiting for a seat because this place can get slammed after 6pm.

Delicious & Cute: A small but comfortable family restaurant with a fun style; lime green walls, fake bamboo, and Korean TV playing on a large flatscreen. We ordered the squid salad and kim bap; the squid salad was EPIC and the kim bap was yummy. The waitress brought us an order of bean dae deok, (on the house!) which was definitely worth coming back for. My husband got the jap chae (savory with a fantastic texture) and I got the spicy squid—the spicy sauce was richly flavorful with moderate amount of heat. We shared the combination fried rice, which was somewhat ordinary on its own, but combined with the cucumbers, bean sprouts, and tasty house kim chi it was great. We cant wait to go back and try the BBQ and katsu.

Food has been great. Always like the little side dishes that you get at a Korean place. Food always good with a pretty good selection of a variety of meals. Beef, Chicken, Pork, Seafood, varieties all exist here in different styles and flavorings that are normally offered. Atmosphere is quaint and gives that friendly neighborhood restaurant. Overall have had wonderful service with outstanding meals at a price that is competitive to the area. I would say that youd have to go here if youve had Korean food before but even if you havent there is bound to be something delightful for you.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend at work and his Korean wife. He knew I had been in South Korea and thought I might enjoy it as much as they had. I was not disappointed! I had the Bulgogi which was served with 4 different types of kimchi, and rice. Mouth watering good, and the best I’ve had since returning to the states. The small restaurant has a nice family feel to it and I could not have been more pleased.

If you like Korean food the way mama used to make it then you will want to come here! They have champong seafood soup for the seafood lover, dolsot bibimbap or a hot-stone bowl for the vegetarian, and beef, pork, and chicken bulgogi for the carnivores! They have an impressive beer and alcohol selection that covers domestic and imported beers and liquors. If you like sake, soju, or Korean beer youll love it here!

Im from out of town and was not expecting to find good Korean food in Tuscon right near my hotel. I would recommend this place, good service, reasonable prices, good selection. This is a very casual restaurant, but authentic. The dish i ordered was overly oily for my liking, but had very good flavor. I would definitely be back to try again If I lived nearby.

My wife and I were in Tucson this last week. We ate here twice and both times the food and service was excellent. My wife who is Korean loved the Pork Bul-gogi lunch special. Mandu Guk was great as well. We also tried the Bi Bim Bap and it was excellent as well. Seoul Kitchen will be our first stop for Korean in Tucson

Excellent food and service! This is our go-to place for Korean food. Bibimbop was excellent and that is usually the dish I judge my Korean food on. They also sell their kim chi in tubs! Verry good because it is hard to find good kim chi that you dont make at home.

The food was very authentic and reminded me of the food I used to have in Korea and that my mom made. There is not a lot of room for seating and it was very busy when we were there. The one lady serving had a hard time keeping up, but she did her best!

Im sorry, I tried liking the place because it has such good reviews. However, pretty disappointed on taste of old vegetables. Was recommended by a friend, would not recommend to a friend. Very expensive for mom and pops shop.

I have tried many korean restaurants around Tucson and Seoul Kitchen is easily my favorite! I come back often to enjoy their spicy soups, pork and squid. The quality is very consistent and they are happy to do substitions :)

Fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, wonderful service !!! I lived in Southern California for 20 years and felt at home here . Even though the place was full, our lady that was waiting on us was always attentive.

After being in Korea for over 20 months, this place definitely fills the void... Only reason not 5 star is price of soju, but besides that its a good place

Dont judge the taste of authentic Korean food from this place. My wife whos Korean did not even eat her NaengMyun 냉면,...since it was improperly prepared.
