This revue is coming from a person - that everyone thinks is super weird because I do not like Oriental food and up until now I never have. That said, when I enter this restaurant with my friends, they were pretty busy with only three tables available to sit at. We sat at one of them and I reluctantly scanned the menu for even one thing, anything that I might like. The young waitress came over and took our drink orders and she could instantly tell by the look on my face (yes Im that obvious) that this was not my favorite type of place to dine at. After asking me some questions about my taste, my likes and dislikes, she made a few suggestions about apps and entrees. The three other people I was with already knew what they wanted right away and so I was forced to go with one of her suggestions and I have to say that I am really happy I did. The food was actually better then good, it was really quite excellent and the waitress was spot on in her recommendation. If a mom and pop restaurant can win over someone over where the chain restaurants failed, then you know it has to be good. I will absolutely tell people about this place and this is a new restaurant I will use to expand my food experiences, not to mention one that I would actually drive out of my way to dine at again and I will. The food is fantastic and the staff, who I found out later are the owners and their daughter, are every bit as wonderful. Id rather eat here any day - then to go to one of the chain restaurants where you are herded in and out like cattle for mediocre food. Speaking of cattle, try their beef sticks as an app. Youll LOVE the food and the service.

I dont know what restaurant some of the reviewers have gone to but I dont see how it could be this one. Ive been coming here for over 3 years and never once had a "bad" experience. More suggestions based on my last 3 years: Chow Mein, Hunan Chicken, and Pork Mushu. My review from 3 years ago... This place is simply amazing. The food is always fresh and flavorful. I personally have only ordered from the "Americanized" menu but the food does have more flavor than most other Americanized Chinese restaurants. I recommend trying the lettuce wraps appetizer. It tastes great and if you run out of lettuce you can use the fried wontons they bring to the table. The hot and sour soup is some of the best Ive had so far. The staff is always fun yet professional. This is something youd expect from a family owned restaurant but unfortunately it is becoming difficult to find family owned businesses these days.

The bad experience kept lingering in my mind that prompts me to write this review. After seeing so many good reviews, we went there yesterday to give it a try. As we walked in, the lady owner did not greet us and acted very cold. This is very typical how Oriental restaurants treat Oriental customers. When I asked for recommendations, she simply said that everything is good. I had to probe futher to get a couple dish titles out of her mouth. It shouldn‘t have been this hard. We ordered noodles since the main dishes are way too expensive for a Chinese restaurant. The owner lady didn‘t seem pleased for what we ordered. Noodles were Ok; service was bad. They really need to improve the customer services. More smile would not hurt their business. For me, this is it! I would never go back there.

Only went there today because the Indian place next door was very busy, Chef Chiang was completely empty - that should have been a sign. So our party of 8 sat down, service was fast not surprisingly as the place was empty. The chicken dish had was sub par - chicken was like rubber, fried rice tasted at least 1 day only, the only saving grace was the Hot/Sour soup. Some plates were dirty and cracked and need replacing. Will NEVER be back at this place. Expect to spend the night close to a bathroom.

This is a big venue ran by a small family group. Be a nice person and the service will be great. The Jajangmyeon is one of the best you can get anywhere in the Valley. I have eaten at this location many times and of all the different meals I have tried, I have yet to have something I was not pleased with. The prices (cheap) and portion sizes (big) for lunches is pretty outstanding. Expect to have leftovers if single person is ordering a dinner portion. The hot tea is pretty awesome

Good food and excellent service. Been coming here for 6-7 years and will for a long time. Food is fantastic, I do usually get the traditional orange chicken or General tsao chicken. Have branched out to alot of their menu choices and never have I been disappointed, but its the best orange chicken or general tsao Ive had in the valley. The portions are generous which i love. And the waitress here is so awesome they should make her style the training manual for everywhere.

Ive been there a few times. It is really nicely decorated and I kept poking at the flowers on the table because I thought they were fake! LOL The manager is really nice. She speaks broken English, but she tries to be as thorough as possible if you dont know what the menu is. This is another one of their places that may seem pricey, but you get A LOT of food. I am a big eater, but I have had to take home every time I went. p.s. Try the beef mushu! Its great!

They have a younger heavy set woman with glasses that works their as a waitress. She has a perverted understanding of how to provide excellent hospitality and customer service. The food is worse than the service they provide at this establishment. If you want good asian food, I would go somewhere else to spend money. They clearly arent focused on quality or service at this restaurant.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. The servers are very attentive to your needs and are very helpful if you have questions about the menu. Food is reasonably priced and very tasty. You get large portions, especially with the dinner special. We love coming here for dinner! Service is prompt, even when they have a full house.

My company is always on the look out for new places to hold our holiday celebrations and I think I may just have discovered this little diamond in the rough for our next one. Great food, great service and reasonably priced….. Thanks for a lovely dinner and as the Terminator would say, “I’ll be back.”
