This was an experience that a close handicapped friend had today at your location today: My family and I went to Pei Wei today for lunch. When we arrived I set up a table with chairs and sat down. I had the manager and assistant manager approach me and say maam we need you to get in line and order first youre not supposed to sit down cuz the people in front of you need to sit down first. Im all about following directions and rules. I dont really put up a fight. But today I was wearing my leg braces and my feet were really hurting so I said sir Im wearing my braces and Im really hurting and I need to sit. His response to me was maam I can get you a chair to sit down in but we cant allow you to sit at the table. So I was given a chair to sit in by the high chairs in the corner of the restaurant right by the front door. As though I wasnt already self-conscious about wearing braces on my legs. Now I was front and center for everyone to stare as they walked in the front door. I have run the gamut of emotions this afternoon. I understand following the rules is necessary. I dont often ask for special treatment. But today I did. Why am I the one walking away feeling guilty as though I did something wrong? More and more my husband and l have to fight for common courtesy and and empathy for myself and others. I was brought up to never use my limitations as an excuse or for special treatment but today left me and my husband very upset and my heart very conflicted and sad. Would you eat at a place like this? Seating is usually 1st come, 1st serve not who can get thru the line 1st AND any of those in line would most likely not have had an issue allowing her the seats at the table! Very sad and im sure is in violation of ADA. Youre lucky the news wasnt called.

I ordered the new dish Thai Dynamite - what a disappointment! Asked the cashier if it was spicy and she said, "Oh yeah". Very bland, stated it was made with a chili sauce - where? You had the options of crispy chicken, shrimp, or beef. I was under the impression this would be like the stir fried meat at P.F. Chang - NOT! It was actually scrawny shrimp hidden by a large glob of greasy, soggy, BREADING amidst the few stir-fried vegetables. (The vegetables were actually tasty; just not enough of them.) My meal was $9.00 - I have had LOTS better food for that price ELSEWHERE. ESPECIALLY steep for an overall fast food experience. Be careful if you order one of the specialty beers - $6.50 - OUCH!

Just ordered orange peel chicken, regular size, fried rice, no scallions. Got home with orange peel chicken, regular size, brown rice, plenty of scallions, very flat taste, but so salty I could hardly eat it. The ticket was correct, the preparation was not. If I lived closer I would have returned it. Ive ordered this dish several times in the past with complete satisfaction.

Decided to eat here and while getting ready to sit down and eat the seat had a roach walking on it. When we brought this up to the manager she stated that its just one. Whenever a roach or bug is around there is usually hundreds more. She didnt care about the bug situation and that was shocking.

Pei Wei is totally the bomb.. although i personally have never tried it.. but when i walk in the restaurant it smells delicious.. I go there every day just to watch them cook the food... and when you go, tell Francisco the Great Chef that i said "Hello"!

Every single time I have attended this Pei Wei they have messed up my order. I normally go to a different one where they never mess it up. The quality is still good and tasty, but they are not able to listen and get an order correct.

We love to eat at Pei Wei. Its fast and affordable, but isnt your typical fast food joint. This location stays fairly busy, but we seem to be able to get through the line quickly. Staff was very friendly!

Good food, great taste. Service very bad, they did not answer the phone I was on the phone for about 20 minutes, and it was saying I was que position 1, but no one ever answered. Very bad service.
