Worse service ever from a fast food restaraunt. I have came in two prior times to today. Both times I have come in, I have ordered an iced mocha coffee. Each time I received it, it was pure chocolate and tasted horrible. I have asked the manager to remake the drink both times. Well today, I went in with my husband and he specifically asked the manager to ensure it was not all chocolate this time. She then proceeded to tell my husband it is premade the night before and she CANNOT fix it which I know is bull because I have worked at Burger King before. He proceeded to tell her to make sure it is not all chocolate and she continued to argue with him saying she will not make a fresh drink and that its premade, basically being lazy about making a fresh drink. Its no wonder why all the times I have come in, theres zero customers inside or drive thru but right next door at McDonalds, its hopping all around the corner and into the street. When I asked for the managers name, they claimed it was "Lisa" with big smirks on their faces and anyone intelligent can tell they were lying. Believe me, I contacted corporate, their DM, and the higher level management because I have never heard of a place NOT being able to serve a freshly made drink at a customers request. Stay far, far away from this place.

Worst BK EVER...service SUX!!! I decided to swing by as Im headed to work for a bite to eat. First I ordered a King Croissant w/NO CHEESE, then change it to a Supreme King w/NO CHEESE which I repeated 2x but the girl still rung me up for a Croissant. She corrects order but they instead give me a Supreme King with NO CHESE & NO BACON on purpose...wtf!!!!!!!!!!! They left the bacon off on purpose bcuz I KNOW the person who makes the food knows how to read & is a PRO at making the food so their is NOOOOO EXCUSE. Then when I call to complain....THEY HUNG UP ON ME, soooo I call back NOW THEY CAN ONLY SPEAK SPANISH....ok ok I see how yall doing it now I have to go in to DEMAND a refund. From now on Ill just take my business to Chick-Fil-a since BK is full of idiots that pretend that they can only speak "Spanish" and dont like to answer the phone

I came to Burger King today on memorials day on a lunch break a car was in front of me that ordered in front of me. The cook knew the person so while in the middle of ordering I was rushed to order my food and also cut off before finishing. I kept saying hello, hello I hear the cook in the back ground saying hey boy! Hey boy where you been talking to a dog I pulled up to continue my order and I witnessed him touching the dog with gloves still on and walked back to the kitchen which was disgusting he didnt wash his hands or attempt to go toward the rest room! For I am allergic to dogs... smh I canceled my whole order!

Took 15 minutes for breakfast croissant and French fries. Never pull ahead so they can bring your food to you because they sometimes forget your waiting. Meanwhile 6 or 7 cars already have their food and have driven off. They totally messed up my order. Payed for a large french fries and deluxe croissant sandwich. I waited a got a small fries and a sausage croissant. Didnt find out till I left. I havent had burger king in a long while and will never go through this again. Way to many fast food breakfast places to go to and get much better service.

I love Burger King; but EVERY TIME I go to this one they mess up my order. EVERY TIME! On their board this morning they had a screen advertising LATTE - I ordered one - they didnt have any. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissant - I got sausage, egg and cheese. This is not a one time occurrence. I honestly dont know how yall stay in business - I only stop at your place if the line at McDonalds is too long. Get it together - btw, your prices are too high.

As far as their breakfast croissants, biscuits, and iced coffee, burger king gets 5 stars! much better than McDonalds. And thats why when I make a trip up there at 7 am, I am very disappointed to find that they are closed (they open at 6) or have yet to open. This has happened twice now. There was a viable reason the first time as the manager was in an accident, and the young man at the drive through was very nice.

This has got to be the worst Burger King! i went in to buy a gift card and couldnt get waited on. The girl on the register looked at me turned away and started filling orders. I finally walked out. There was a line behind me.so no telling when they were able to give an order. Someone needs to do some customer service training. Lots of fast food in the area so cross Burger King off your list. .

So I went there for lunch with my boss just to get something to eat real quick and get back to work. For $9 I got a burger and a large drink, but little did I know their soda machine wasnt working. I told them and waited for my food. Big surprise my burger was cold. After waiting 20 minutes for them to fix the soda machine my boss got fed up and we left. Overall 0/10 never going to Burger King again.

The pale, early 20s male cashier handed me my food, card, and receipt, when I started inquiring about them overcharging me 70 cents (not a big deal) he walked away doing a kind of wrist-flick in my direction and shaking his head, like he didnt care. I wish these people made more money, but I used to work a fast food job and that would not have been accepted

Treated me poorly, plus they told me they could not add ranch to my whopperito (have it your way huh?) But they would give me ranch to put it on. Then they told me after they handed me my order that they have been out for a while. Worst burger King experience ever.

I love this restaurant, the playground is one of the cleanest one, the people is really nice, always polite. Love it! I dont go there very often, but every time Im craving a Whopper or want to take my kids for some playtime I have to go to that one.

Employees eaten sandwiches on the line in the back were customers can see them and other employees walking around with cups drinking out of them with no lids I believe this is against Burger King policy and that is a very big risk and a health issue

The food we received was fine. After trying to make it clear we wanted to get a kids meal milk and apples (three times) in the drive thru, we still ended up with fries and juice. Check your order before you leave!

Every thing is done fast but the quality..... when i open the packing paper of the Burger lettuce is every where. and they dont have the sauce they should have im really disappointed
