My colleagues and I have been ordering delivery from Mt Washington Pizza & Subs nearly twice a week for a couple years now and have never had a bad experience. We almost exclusively order their Indian food, which comes in copious quantity with a good amount of rice. My personal favorite is their lamb korma, which is boneless, creamy, and rich. My one colleague insists this is the best Indian food hes had anywhere including India, and I cant refute him on that. Its very satisfying. Dont expect anything fancy, though; weve eaten inside once and its just a typical hole in the wall type place. Their delivery is also quite fast, typically delivering an order of food for three within 30 minutes of the phone call, so thats all we do.

Love the place. From the awesome food to the fast delivery and friendly drivers. Oh, and to the guy below (Ryan F.) who left the one star review. Dude, you said "mostly positive experiences but one bad where it was 1.5 hours late". How does that warrant one star? Thats unjustified and uncool-Theres a sliding scale-use it. Sorry, I just know these small businesses try really hard and to have a guy who says usually everythings great but once the pizza was late and then leave one star isnt right. Anyway, great food. blah blah blah.

Great food, great prices, great people. Cant go wrong with pretty much anything on the menu, Ive tried everything from a variety of subs, to their pizza, and their indian food. Ive been personally going here for about 4-5 years now since Ive lived in the area and have yet to have had a bad experience. I actually also have friends and family who insist on ordering pizza from here every time they visit.

I usually order from here at 1st it was different than I was asked for a tip from a driver even before I had the chance to which I was intending to do from the start that was the beginning of the bad in counters but. Tonight my order was totally incorrect they gave me two well. Done hamburger subs with minimal toppings when I ordered one cheesestatke everything and one turkey sub its my last time

The best Indian food EVER. I ordered from here at least once a week the whole 6 years I lived in Baltimore. Nothing is better. If they would deliver to the DC area, i would still be ordering once a week! any of the paneer dishes are excellent, the chicken tikka masala is awesome...everything i tried on the menu was great..and at least 2 meals come out of every entree, maybe more

The food has been consistently great. Delivery was actually really fast. The pizza from here is so good. Cooked perfectly and loaded with toppings. A reviewer mentioned the tikka masala, so I had to try it. It was very good. I highly recommend this place. I even went in a couple times to order and the staff was great and you can see them cook everything in front of you. 5/5

Ive only been living in Mt Washington for about 6 weeks and have already ordered from here 8 times. Indian food is great, Tikka Masala is some of the best Ive had. Delivery is always quick, even late nights and weekends. Overall excellent experience.

I got the chicken biyrani and meat samosa. First the samosa was too greasy and had fried for far too long. The filling tasted dry. I had high hopes for the biyrani but the whole dish was bland. I was very disappointed after seeing the reviews.

We get consistently good food at very reasonable prices from the Indian menu. We love the lamb saag, chicken tandoor, channa masala. Its not the absolutely best food, but the value and convenience is tough to beat. Delivery is pretty reliable.

I would say definitely worth giving this place a try I ordered a shrimp cheese steak sub . Fresh baked bread sub roll nice size shrimp the sub was a one If youre close by and need a taste of something to eat the definitely worth stopping in

Skip the pizza. Go for the Indian food, its some of the best youll have! Its hard to pick a favorite, though you cant go wrong with the lamb saag, malai kofta and papadam. Portions are large and prices are reasonable.
