We went Wednesday evening. To start off, it smelled like sweaty socks in there. DISGUSTING. We almost left immediately, but me and my mom stayed cuz we had a gift card and it was free. The kid waiting on us was nice but didnt know much about the wines. Said he only been there a few months. He was good with checking for allergens tho, confirming that the margarine is indeed that and with no hidden milk ingredients. (Im vegan and Mom is doing a religious fast. Obviously going to Olive Garden and being vegan is a bad idea.) Salad was okay but lacking, we had to ask for more veggies. Literally a few tomatoes, a sprinkle of onions, and maybe five black onions. The food was decent. Like I said being vegan at Olive Garden isnt the best idea. The whole wheat linguine and tomato sauce was okay but rather flavorless. Around this time the GM asked us how things were. She gave a few excuses for the kid not knowing much about the wine and that maybe he should have been trained better. Service was pretty slow. After seated waited maybe ten minutes to be noticed. Took ages to get the bill so eventually we just headed up front and asked for it. So overall it was a lame experience. Will go to a better location like HEB instead of this one. Thank the gods we had a gift card. Mainly the issues are the horrific smell, slow service, and the GM kinda lacking on checking back on us after we informed her of our experience. We didnt mention it smells atrocious tho- that I really regret.

We were extremely dissatisfied last night. My mom wanted the Ravioli di Portobello with 1 Italian sausage on the side INSTEAD out server completely disregarded what she ordered and brought out the Braised beef & tortellioni with TWO Italian sausages. I think our server Vanessa was trying to increase the sale of the bill because she insisted on plates that were more than what we chose. And also brought an extra sausage that cost $2.49 extra. We had to ask for butter and She brought cold butter after the fact when food was cold. When we arrived there was no salad or breadstick and when asked for them she said "oh you them want now?" Like really? We were really disappointed in the service. I had the Chicken Piccata with a side mashed potatoes and they were tasteless. I asked for GARLIC mashed potatoes and they were plain, luke warm, and tasted like they came from the $1 bag at Kroger. Then when it was time to go we asked for a to go box and she completely forgot and we were just there waiting for it. I really expected better service. I will not be returning.

IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE/CELIAC DO NOT COME HERE. I ordered the chicken parmigiana off the gluten free menu.. So one can assume it would be gluten free.. right? Well my plate showed up with breading all over the chicken so I asked the waiter to double check that it was gluten free (he was uncertain as well)... He proceeds to take the plate back to the kitchen and while he does, the manager approaches me. She asked me what I ordered and said that the plate WAS NOT prepared gluten free whatsoever... She then went on to tell me that cheese had gluten and that I need to avoid it as well... yes.. cheese... I kindly informed her that cheese does not in fact contain gluten but she didnt believe me.. 15 minutes later, my plate is returned with gluten free pasta and a dry piece of plain chicken. They werent even sure if that was gluten free... When my check came I was shocked because they had charged me FULL price! $16 for a "maybe" gluten free meal. Never coming back.. Very disappointing.

I went to the Olive Garden in Lincoln Square on Monday for a very special occasion.. my boyfriend proposed to me on the way up to dinner and we wanted to have a special night. When we walked in it took almost 5 minutes for anyone to notice we had walked in the door. Finally we were seated then about 15 minutes after being seated I realized we hadnt even seen our waitor!! (During this time the table next to us had recieved their drinks and salad without silverwear and they asked 3 different employees for a set!) I then stood up gave the couple our silverwear and a waitor immediatly came by and said he would get the manager for me. He paged her in spanish and we waited for another 5-10 minutes and I realized th MANAGEMENT WAS WORSE THAN THE POOR WAITSTAFF. I will never go here again and might not ever go to a Olive Garden again.

Last night I visited this location, as I have several times since it opened. The food was amazing as usual. Our server was Jessica and she was flawless. She was very very good, knowledgeable and prompt. After spending $75.00 on the meal, we were leaving the restaraunt and stopped at the hostess station to ask for an order of breadsticks to go. The young man at the station(Ethan) was asked if he could be troubled for the breadsticks. He replyed "No". I then said "Well, then I can trouble your manager for them." He asked how many I wanted..."10, 15?" I said "No, 7 will be fine thank you". We got the breadsticks and on the way out the door the young man said " I spit on those by the way". I love the restaraunt but the young man has made me question the next time I will be back.

Im deeply upset of the salad selection. How could Olive Garden known for endless soup and "salad" NOT have a ceaser salad! I love ceaser salad more than life its self. It is not complicated to make shredded parmasian cheese, crotons, and ceaser dressing. The extra +4$ is chump change to experience the deliciousness of the ceaser salad. Do us all a favor and "bring CEASER back!" Update: one of the taller, pale, and brunet hostess on the night shift on December 12,2016 was disgustingly rude and had smart aleck attitude because I raised my hand to ask for a side of crushed red pepper. Will NOT recommended this Olive Garden.

Our party of 15 Seated in a room with other large parties and 2 waiters. We waited for almost 30 min for our drinks. Food came faster then our drinks. Food order was screwed up and items had to be reordered 2-3 times before it was right. At one point the manager came over to the table behind us to field a complaint and he walked off as fast as he could. If he was a good manager he would have noticed that our menus were gone but yet we did not have drinks. At that point he should have inserted himself to resolve the issue.

Service was mediocre. They brought the wrong soup to the table. The waitress forgot about us for a long time while people next to us were being attended by the same waitress. My young kid ordered a pizza, I probably should have said hold the hair. After bringing up to her attention about the hair, she apologized and offered a new pizza. I told her to box the new one. When she returns I verify the contents of the box. It was the same pizza we just returned. Itll be my last visit to this Olive Garden at least this one.
