Happy Birthday to me! I decided today I would give this place one more shot. I got a break away from the norm and was wanting breakfast here. We were sat in a booth in decent time, waited 10 minutes for our drink orders, and while waiting we decided what we wanted. The server finally came over and got our drink order which was coffee with regular creamers. She came back with an urn of burned coffee and apologized for the wait. We had no straws or silverware to stir with and no sugar. We waited about 16 minutes for her to come back for our order but she never came back. She accommodated the table behind ours but bypassed, even attempting to come and refill our still full cups. Ive been here three times in one year and Ive left disappointed. First time, no service after 30 min. Second time, my kids asked for hot chocolate with their meal and the girl brought chocolate milk three times. This last time WS horrible. Even after calling the manager the first two times, its obvious that I cant get it in their heads that customers come first. Wont come back ever again.

We have been coming to this restaurant for several years. There has been a noticeable decline in service and quality of food over the last 6 months to a year. 3 out of the last five times that we have eaten there, several of the items that we were served were not what we ordered. Then they took an additional 10 to 15 minutes for the food errors to be corrected. While it was not our goal, 2 of the times the manager covered the cost of our meal. I would far rather pay the full price for the meal and have quality food and service then to get the free meal!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! My family sat waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The table behind us was covered in dirty dishes the whole time. And I over heard our hostess talking to our waitress behind the front counter saying "they are leaving" the waitess was standing around clueless that someone new was seated in her area because she was too busy talking! However the Hostess on duty was very nice.

Waited over an hour for the food with my wife and daughter and 4 grandchildren which was way too long. Food was cold, half of our orders were wrong or only half was brought out! The assistant manager was not doing his job, did not really seem to care and the waitress was terrible. Got nowhere with management and also sent a complaint to corporate office and no response, Bob Evans never used to be like this, take your money elsewhere.

Have tried 3 different times same problems all 3 times pour service and even after explaining how I wanted my food and the problems in past but still has to send half my food back and was wrong after sent back so gave up and just ate my $17 toast! When paid I told them I wasnt satisfied but manager didnt seem to care!

Absolutely horrible service. I showed up for breakfast, waited 15 minutes for a table, and then was bypassed by 4 other groups that came in behind me before I became fed up and left. I will NOT be coming back to this establishment any time soon. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!..

Potatoes were old everything tastes pre cooked and the manager Brittany was arguing with a customer and it really distracted me from my meal she seemed like she didnt really care about what the customer was saying some the workers seemed barely trained and it was just not a very good experience

We come to Bob Evans in Celina almost every weekend. The wait staff is always nice, food is predictably good, hearty American fare, and any time something has been wrong, it has quickly been corrected. Prices are reasonable. Just wish they would bring back beef and noodles on the menu.

We have been here a few times. The food was always great and if the servers ever had a question about our order they came back and asked instead of just bringing it out wrong. Alot of the servers are young but thats never a bad thing. Always very clean and friendly.

They took a while, they missed some parts of our order, the waiter seemed rushed and disoriented. But they recognized their shortcomings and comped our meal. We didnt have to talk to anyone or express any dissatisfaction, it was all taken care of. Great place.

All 3 toilets were covered in feces in the restrooms. Then a 20 min wait at our table before they would get our drink order while everyone else around us were waited on. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
