Great service. Not sure if the quality of the sashimi is good enough for the price, but I am unfamiliar with the area and its food costs. Very clean interior and designs. I especially appreciate the option for brown rice. Highly recommend the hwe dup bab--think of it as a rice bowl salad with slices of assorted sashimi and a spicy sweet acidic red pepper sauce on the side. Delicious!!! Would not recommend the don katsu due to its small portion, although the sauce seems homemade and is delicious. Also, the Hawaiian poke is incomparable to poke in Hawaii, but still good in a Korean-fusion type dressing. Lastly, the best kimchi Ive ever had at a non-traditional-Korean food restaurant. I was wishing for some sullungtang to go with it...

Service is great and the people are very friendly. The menu is quite large but pretty much everything we ordered was great. We specifically liked the new Kani roll. Prices are very reasonable. We also got a side of kimchi. I lived in Korea for 2 years and this kimchi was every bit as good as what I was spoiled with in Korea proper. If you are like us we did know know it was bring your own alcohol (we are not from Jersey) there is a little beer wine liquor store right up the street if you would like a drink with dinner.

We absolutely LOVE this place as it is our "GO TO" spot for Korean / Sushi fix. Service is 5 stars! Quality is 5 stars! Atmosphere is 5 stars! They have a variety of selections on their menu to try many different things. It is kids friendly as I bring my 3yr and 7yr old kids with us. There are little bit of everything even for those who do not eat sushi. Come hungry and you will not leave disappointed. Keep up the great work and we will be back very soon.

I love Laku Sushi. The food is consistently good and at a reasonable price. I have eaten at the restaurant for both lunch and dinner but i mostly order take out. It is fairly easy to get a parking spot and it has the added benefit of having a couple of stores in the shopping center that I can get some shopping in while I wait for my order. My tip. I usually order a late lunch and or have my take out as an early dinner. Great lunch specials.

Their lunch special 2 rolls for $8 is great. The staff is really helpful so even if this is your first time trying sushi, you got it covered! I tried spicy tuna and veggie roll and it was delicious. They also gave us complimentary chefs special roll which was a cherry on top. When you walk in, you might feel that it could be expensive from its ambiance but it wasnt. Definitely visiting again in quick office-hour lunch breaks :)

Visited this place because it was trending on Yelp and we love new places. Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Everything here was good, including the salad and zucchini they served us to start. We also tried the sashimi salad which was great and is perfect for those on a diet. I highly recommend trying the sushi here. Case closed.

Went here 9/23/14 it was one of the best sushi places Ive been to in awhile. We were seated promptly even with a larger party (8). The food was amazing and there was very little wait time between the salads/soup and main dishes. The service was exceptional and very friendly. I cant wait to be in the area again to go again.

My wife and I like this place a lot, good food and nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive, many times at dinner we were pampered with either pumpkin soup or special rolls on the house. Plus, its BYOB and they give 10% off if paying in cash. I definitely recommend this place if youre craving for Japanese food.

The only reason not to rate this as 5 stars is because they are a bit pricy. The quality of the food is awesome, the variety is amazing (especially for such a little hole in the wall style place!). Its no wonder theyre always busy. Definitely recommend doing call ahead seating.

Took the family there about a month ago. Pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Cute decor, good service and great food. Quantity was large and filled our stomachs. Will definitely go back and bring a bottle, as we didnt know it is BYOB.

The sushi here is very, very good for the area and also for the price. Service is generally good too, just ask for ice water instead of what they give you if you like your water cold. The spicy salmon tempura roll is excellent.

We have been going to Lake Sushi for year and a half now. Absolutely the very best of everything including sushi, sashimi, and rolls. Great staff which are both friendly and customer oriented. No other sushi restaurant like it.

Extremely affordable and enjoyable sushi lunch specials. Usually quiet before dinner time, and the service is solid. I leave one star off because while the sushi is always above par, its not what I would call outstanding.

Great spot!! Love all of the food!! The 돌솥 비빔밥 (hot stone bibimbap) is so yummy!!! Especially with Bulgogi!! Love the miso soup and kimchi as well! Great location, nice ambiance and cute outdoor seating area!!
