Every Hooters you go to can be a total mixed bag of what to expect. Ive visited every Hooters in DFW at some point and I must say that this was on the lower end of my experience list. The staff was friendly and helpful, but when I come to Hooters, the main thing that matters to me are the wings. That said, the wings were good, but oddly large. I mean, they looked like unnatural frakenwings when they came out on the plate. Regardless, they were cooked well and tasted fine. I am going to ding this location for two reasons. 1) The low ceilings really constricted the space, this (in and of itself) isnt a major problem, but couple that with what looks to be very aged decor and it looks like you walk into an early 90s time portal. Not a huge deal, but distinctly noticeable from most of the other Hooters in the area. 2) For some reason, the table directly across from us was being used to store a ton of dirty dishware and was not bussed until right as we were leaving. Nothing like having a table full of dirty dishware staring at you for your entire meal. These are fixable issues, but I feel do bring the quality of the location down. I may update my review at some point if I go back to visit, but I am sticking with 3 stars for now. If you want Hooters and there is another one close by, Id venture to check that one out before coming back here.

I want to give Misty-manager and her staff Kudos!!! My 1st time at this location and my food nor was my friends food was not to our satisfaction. Misty came by our table to inquire after we had sent the food back to the kitchen. She apologized and assured us it would be taking care of. To our dismay the food was still not right. I was too tired to bother her and left. I threw away my food later. After much thought I wrote the corporate office to inform them of my experience at this location. Misty called me to apologized and she remembered my friend and me along with the conversation we had with her. She said she wished I had addressed the issue again with her before leaving totally dissatisfied. She asked me to come back in and ask for her to make it right. I have since went back and she has definitely made it right! Im again a happy customer. I must say out of all the years I have patronized Hooters (also in several different states) this is the 2nd time my food was not to my satisfaction and management stepped up and made it right to keep me coming back!!!

Dallas Hooters corporate has no concern for their girls. I worked at this location in 2001. Due to the laziness of one of the current managers, the non-slip pads that should have been on the floor to protect employees from slip and fall injuries were not in place. As I was walking through the dish room during my shift, the combination of grease and water on the floor caused me to slip and fall. I herniated and tore a disc in my back. I spent three months in a wheelchair, two years in therapy and countless procedures. Now, 15 years later, I have never had as much as an apology from this company. They did not offer any assistance for my medical bills, nor pain and suffering. Ladies - please consider working somewhere that OSHA rules are followed! I am still a huge fan of Hooters, but you wont catch me dead in any of their DFW locations. Their lack of caring and concern is clear. They only care about the money, not your wellbeing. That is quite sad.

Dont go to this hooters when we walked in they ignored us and then finally told us we could sit where ever we wanted to, then as we found a seat the table was all dirty none of the waitress came by to clean it. We decided to sit somewhere else then after sitting there we finally got a waitress then it took forever for the food to come out.The waitress said the cooks had screwed up on a couple of orders and ours just happen to be one of them. Not sure if the waitress was unfriendly to us because we were all women or what. She barely came to our table to ask if we needed anything else. I wouldnt go to this hooters ever again. Rude unfriendly staff. The other hooters I have visit has been better but this one is not worth going back to.

I like Hooters better then wild wings, but it appears more & more that Hooters is trying to emulate wild wings. I prefer pitchers & cold mugs that use to be refilled by waitresses, but only my 2 recent trips never had my glass refilled, never was offered a fresh frosty mug , then was told its a better deal to get the big beer, uuhh, if I wanted that I would got to wild wings. Fried jalapeños & pickles are simply the best, & boneless wings were excellent, beer was cold. I enjoy this location, having been here on 4 different occasions, & will continue to go, but stick with the things that made Hooters great, ice cold pitchers with bags of ice in them, beautiful waitresses, & good food, with great tvs & lots of them.

the waitresses were very rude and me and my boyfriend were having a discussion and I guess the waitress that was serving us was listening a little bit too hard and told the manager that I called her a b**** how did I call her a b**** when she was away from the table she kept looking and flirting with my boyfriend passing by I was talking about the breasts in hooters it is called hooters but I made the statement "where is the b****** with the big breasts"Wow is that something to go get the manager for and be thrown out would youre the one who is flirting in with the rude service I thought the customer was always right stay out of peoples conversation youre just there to serve the food thats all not nothing more!!!

I waited for 10 minutes and watched the bartender get drinks for around 12 people, then she looked at me with a revelation that she needed to get my beer and proceeded to state that they just tapped the keg, after I saw her deliver like 2 other shiners right before mine. The food was normal hooters but I was then forced to sit with an empty beer and half of my hot wings left. So, after about 10 minutes I stacked up my plates and tried to wait patiently while they joked around. There was 2 other guys with empty beers as well. I sat in the middle of the bar, it was the worst service I have ever had.

the worst service ever. have been here for many years and my waitress was so interested in her friends that came in and sat with them for extended lengths set a timer when I went out of beer and 10.9 min before age cam by to check on me and then food was brought to me by the other hard working girls I feel for them because they are taking up her slack... she us once again sitting with the same friends texting or doing something on her phone while all the other girls are working their rear ends off. if you dont want to work then quit just a tip all shes getting from me
