I have lived in the north Arlington area going on 4yrs. Unfortunately this Sonic is right down the street from my house and we go here every now and then. I realllly hate giving a bad review on Sonic bc I worked at a sonic all through high school but out of all of the more than a dozen times that my family and I have gone to this location, every time and it never fails, alllll of my orders have be either wrong, food cold, burnt or way over cooked especially the corn dogs that my kids that are 4 and 2 dont even want to eat them. Today was the final and last time I will ever go here and its sad bc its just right down the street. Anyways my husband ordered ice cream and got me a hot fudge Sunday with bananas and nuts and of Course I was missing the nuts when he got home and the first thing I notice was the way over rotten, almost black bananas that were in there. The smell actually was the first thing I notice then the look of them. That was not it I picked them out and took a bite and bit a black rotten party of the outer part of the banana I tried to over look it as usual but the more I kept smelling the noticeably string smell I got mad. I would drive back over there to show Them the black bananas but I just give up on this location. Anywho dont gooooo here!!!! Ill start going to the one thats a few miles down off of 360 from now on!!!!

Dude im just like wtf.... since the first time i came here they ALWAYS, IM SAYING ALWAYS they get my order wrong! I always ask for a strawberry banana milkshake with extra banana and every time they get it wrong. They either give me all banana with no strawberry or all strawberry with no banana! Today the girl taking my order said they had to put the order in as a banana shake then add straberry and then add banana like no ive been coming to sonic enough to know you have a special button for strawberry banana. Its not a big deal they way she did it today but i already knew they where gona end up making it wrong for that reason and guess what!? They did! Girl came out with a strawberry banana extra strawberry. She took it back then came back out sying they did put banana but the thing was i wanted a strawberry banana with extra banana not extra strawberry... its just so sad they cant NEVER get an order right. They need re training or to get new employees with better memory and more common sense

Well, I cant even begin to express how I wish this place would just close down. So that Im forced to go to the on Lamar and Ballpark! Every time Ive been to this one (and I try to avoid as much as possible) BUT I can probably put money on that every time I order something without something on my burger its going to be on there. They get your order correct on the screen, and its even labeled on the burger wrap itself that it shouldnt have "tomatoes" and lord and behold theres two nicely fresh cut tomatoes on it. I wouldnt be so upset if I wasnt allergic to tomatoes as I am. Its even pointless to even push that button again to even be told that a manager will be out to hand the situation and to be given a lovely "have lunch on us" cards. I dont even want that because youll mess up on that order too! I strongly suggest staying away from this Sonic, start going to the one on Lamar Blvd. & Ballpark Way better service & they actually get your order correct.

Usually excellent food and service, they were off their game today. Ordered cheeseburger with hickory BBQ and got mayo instead with a cup of hickory BBQ dipping sauce. Onion rings were over done and as a result were tough and chewy. Service was slow and sloppy. It took three people to get my drink to me when it should have come with with my food and then the server had no straw. Really!!! As I said before, this Sonic is usually great. Hoping this was just an off day for everyone from the order taker, the person who prepared the food, and the several servers. Give them a try, Im going to give them another try. After all, everyone can have an off day. I just happened to catch them when everyone was having an off day at the same time.

I wont be going back. Sonic wins for the worst quality food ever served in an American fast food joint. My dissatisfaction with todays meal was that the hot dog they use in their coney taste more like chemicals than food. It was a mediocre attempt to use chemicals to make the hot dog taste like the real thing. I also ordered some popcorn chicken but all I found was hard fried balls of some kind of dough. There was no chicken whatsoever. This was one of the worst meals I have ever had so I had to come online and write this review. Yes I am upset but all I can do is write this so someone may read it and change their mind about going there. I certainly wont. DISGUSTING!!!

I go here all the time since its the only thing open when its late and I have nothing in the fridge. Every time I go I literally never get my sauces. What kind of monster eats mozzarella sticks with out marinara sauce? I always say " Last time they didnt give it to me so I want to make sure I get it." Sometimes Ill order the same item twice so they will maybe give me one... I dont know if this is some game they are playing, but I tip very well, and if youre going to mess up my order every time you deserve to make $2.13 an hour. How hard is it to put my food in my bag? Ive waited tables for years, you guys can do better.

This Sonic is terrible. We waited for 20 mins to get our order. We ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, that came with no bacon. A cherry limeade, which came with no cherry, mozzarella sticks with ranch, but got no ranch. We then pushed the button to ask for ranch. We had to wait for 5 minutes before anyone responded. We asked to be brought ranch. No one came. We pushed the button for service again. After waiting an additional 5 minutes we decided to just leave because we were tired of waiting. Worst Sonic EVER!

Customer service is horrible! From the managers to the car hops, they are all rude, inconsiderate people. I waited 25 mins for a corn dog, tots with cheese ( that barely had cheese on it ) and a large ocean water slush ( that didn't come with a straw ). Then what made it worse, when I asked them for a straw, the guy just rolled his eyes at me. I asked for a manager, and she just ignored while talking on her cell phone. I just to throw my food at them. Terrible service!
