***Very bad customer service***Ive had 2 horrible customer service encounters here in the last week. 1st: I went in and ordered a burrito to go & 2 steak tacos for a coworker. Seems as though they never give receipts unless you ask for it. When my coworker checked her account she was charge $10.75 for 2 steak tacos. They refunded the extra charge but did not accommodate for travel expenses it took to get the issue resolved and the money refunded. Then today I went there with a large order for my team at work. I had all of the orders written on paper, I needed 4 borritos-of course each of the orders were slightly different in their own way. Instead of doing 1 at a time to ensure accuracy of each order, I was rushed through the line while borritos are passed back and forth and I had no idea which was which. After they were wrapped I was handed a marker to label them, having absolutely no clue whos was whos. So I guessed with some help from one of the employees. Then as I go to pay for the food I inform the woman at the register that I need to pay for each separately. She puts her hand on her forehead and rolls her eyes at me, turning away briefly to then come back to the register and help me with my order. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever received here and it seems to be getting worse with each visit. My coworkers and I have decided that when we would like a burrito next time we will just visit Chipotle down the street. Hopefully our business will be appreciated there.

I found the staff to be extremely expedient but no friendliness, I felt a bit like a widget being shot through a machine. Its cool the way they flatten the dough into a tortilla and quick cook it while you watch. I had a chicken quesadilla and found it to be quite short on both chicken and cheese and a little bit doughy although still pretty tasty. Also had chips and guacamole which were good although not much impressed by their hot sauce. Overall, I will go to Chipotle as a rule rather than Pancheros, their prices are somewhat higher, but their quality and friendliness are far superior and they are on Mills Civic now.

I love Pancheros so this is biased. Great location. The freshly pressed tortilla is so good I sometimes dream about it at night. I am also a big fan of the hot queso cheese! Its delicious. I almost always order the steak burrito with black beans, rice, extra steak, pico, hot salsa, sour cream and cheese. Side of chips and queso and a drink. That will satisfy anyones appetite. And the rewards app makes earning free burritos even more convenient.

This place is getting worse every time I visit it. The last time I visited it we ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken was only half cooked. Also they want to nickel and dime you for everything. To add few onions to the burrito it costs u an extra $1. To add guacamole its another $1. So now you have ended up spending $8 - $9 for a burrito that should be worth only $5. Save your money and go to Chipotle or Qodoba!!!

Had so many friends tell me this place was THE place to go for a burrito. I say it was exactly like a chipotle with a different name. I speak a good amount of spanish so it wasnt an issue for me but the staff didnt seem to speak English which kind of threw me off for a moment but I think they did that to give it a more authentic feel..... still would rather go to a chipotle. (Same thing though)

Lately service has been slipping. Also, they discontinued the tasty shredded beef. Condiments are not fresh, looks like they have been sitting for a couple of days. The "steak" alternative we chose was definitely flavorless. So, I have to say that business may suffer unless they get back on track. Wouldnt hurt to smile, guys!

So good! Ive had consistently good service here. I typically have to come in right before close because of my work schedule and still the staff is always friendly. I usually get two burritos to-go with very different ingredients and have never had a mix up. I absolutely love their queso!

The chicken burrito is my favorite. Although they cost extra, guacamole and cheese sauce are incredible additions, as is the corn. Ive never been disappointed!
