Baja Fresh is not the same as Chipotle, Qdoba, etc. The food is made fresh and to order. So, you get tastier food, but certainly a longer wait, certainly worth it. You order at the counter and have a seat to wait for your name to be called. They have a lot of salsa options that you get for yourself. No going down a line and getting food thats been sitting out for a while. One nice thing that they have is a choice to your burrito enchilada style. They cover it in enchilada sauce and cheese. I got my burrito that way and it was great. It would be better on a plate with real silverware, but hey, its quick service, so what do you expect? Cardboard containers. All entrees come with chips, and you get your choice of salsa. If you prefer guacamole or cheese dip, those are also options, and they give you additional chips. Those sides are huge, combined with the chips you get with your meal, its more than enough for the table. The kids got quesadillas, and as all, didnt finish it, so I took a bite and they were great! Its worth the wait for three fresh food. You can immediately tell the difference between this and Chipotle and the like. But its really not the same thing, yes, you can get your burritos and bowls, but you get a lot more options. Its more a cross between a Chipotle and On the Border. Overall, we were very happy with our food and will certainly go back!

Being from the great state of Texas, Im use to Tex Mex as well as authentic Mexican food. You wont get either here. Not sure what style they claim to have, but it was definitely diffrent. The rice was dry, the beans were dry, the taquitos were over cooked and dry on the inside, the burrito was full of rice and beans and very little meat. The only thing that I liked was the queso. I guess its the one they give with every order. Its about an ounce or 2. It tasted pretty good. I would never tell anyone dont eat here, Id just say try it out for yourself. I cant say the place sucks because I havent tried everything. I can only speak on what I had which was the nacho burrito & the chicken taquitos. I didnt like them one bit. Took one bite of each and threw them in the trash.

This spot is under new management and is AWFUL! Stay away! The staff are all nasty, the owner/manager is rude and does not care about customers. I called in to place an order, he left me on hold long enough for me to drive there (15 min). He said there was a line. Then when I got there there was no line and he said someone else should have picked up the phone. When I asked why he didnt he said "Do you wanna order or not?" When I repeated my question he said he was too busy to deal with me and my "bitching" and walked away. Stay away! Stay far far far away.

The kitchen was a mess. You could see the grill in the back and they werent kept. I decided to get my food and get out. After taking the food home and eating it, the next few hours were painful. I discovered I had food poisoning. I contacted the establishment to inform them and I never heard back from them since. Ill never go there again

the shrimp burritos and tacos are awesome. I go here maybe once a month and get these. Also they have amazing fish tacos Mahi Mahi which are delicious and good priced. The atmosphere is nice also and they give you chips with each meal .Better than Chipole

Everything is so fresh! Its very comparable to Rubios or La Salsa, if you remember that place. For under $10 I filled up on shrimp tacos, with their free chips and delicious salsa choices. This location was clean and spacious, as well.

Dont waste your time. The food is average at best and overpriced for a fast food place. Nothing fresh about it. The salsa is bland and the chips are stale. The staff is not helpful and rush you through like cattle. I will not be back.

First time Ive eaten at Baja Fresh in over a year and boy, was I disappointed. Really gone downhill. The staff was friendly, but the food was nothing to write home about. And it was pricey. Goodbye Baja.

As chain Mexican restaurants go this one is pretty good. My food was fresh, tasty and timely even during the lunch rush. The salsa bar is a nice touch but beware the yellow peppers; heart burn city.
