I have been to this location several times as it is less than one miles from my house. Tonight had to be in the top five of the worst drive-thru experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. In fact, so much so I am going to take time to share the nightmare. So I pull up to the intercom with one car in front of me already at the pick-up window. All of the sudden I am deafened by two employees talking over the speaker at the same time. One of which had his microphone turned up so loud, I can only compare it to standing directly in front of stage speakers at a death metal concert. One female voice is telling me to "please wait a ;moment" and the other male voice is telling me to "order when you are ready". So naturally I ask, "are you ready?". The female voice responds back, "please wait a moment." I waited almost five minutes (with ONE car in front of me), for someone to take my order. I ordered one #11, one spicy-sweet taco and a Fiesta Taco salad made with chicken. I finally got to the window and paid. After waiting almost ten minutes, the young man opens the window and hands me my food. Assuming that they just had to pluck the chicken and cook it after waiting what seemed like an eternity (in fast food standards), I figured everything would be correct. NOPE! I thought it was strange that he only handed me one bag when I had ordered a salad. I proceeded to pull out of the drive-thru and into a parking spot in the adjacent lot. I was ready to find out if my theory was correct of them forgetting the salad or Taco Bell has the smallest taco salads in the world. Sure enough...they forgot it. I pulled back into the Taco Bell parking lot only to find that there are now six cars in line. No problem, I will just go inside. NOPE! Doors are locked! I got this, I will just call them and have them bring me a salad out to my car. Nope! Busy signal! Maybe it was all the people calling in to tell them how bad they suck. I drove back around to the drive thru window and waited for the customer that was at the window to get there food so I could try to flag the guy down. It seems she was in the exact same predicament as me. I wanted to yell at her, "check your order before you pull away because they probably forgot something!". So here I am 45 minutes later, cold tacos and no taco salad! The frustration boiled over. I drove back over to the parking spot and parked. I got out of the car and knocked on the door to get the attention of the last two customers that were in the dining room to go get the oblivious employees attention. He brought me the taco salad and said, "Sorry man.". Instead of getting upset, I just took the salad from him and left. Needless to say, I had cold soggy tacos for dinner. Thanks Taco Hell! I should have just gone to Chipotle!

First off Taco Bell uses the lowest quality ingredients available, but its usually good for a quick bite, when your in a hurry. This location must be on the verge of bankruptcy because they put absolutely next to nothing inside my tacos which I will provide a picture of below. I gave them two stars because even though the quality of food was horrible the staff was decent & they did not screw up anything on my order which is a rarity these days. The picture of the taco is after I scraped a huge gob of sour cream off, because for some reason sour cream on a hard Taco shell is just not appetizing to me.

The food is average. Burritos/soft tacos are almost all tortilla. But the service keeps getting worse! We went inside and had to repeat our order numerous times. When I got the reciept the order was still wrong. Then it took the manager 3 tries b4 she got our order (or so I thought). When we got the food it was still wrong! How hard is it?! & I was not the only customer asking for a manager. I try to avoid this place as much as I can.

In the evening, highschool kids working the counter and the kitchen have no clue how to talk to a customer. Their bad attitude is clearly displayed. Their highschool friends come visit and loiter for hours. Poor service, visit only in emergency need of bean burrito. Main Street Taco Bell in Lewisville far better!

Confused how hard it is to make exactly what is on the screen that people order. I have been to this Taco Bell so many times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up. Im officially done giving Taco Bell my money. I get you all make minimum wage - but this serves as to why you all deserve it.

This is absolutely disgusting customer service. The sign specifically says that they are open until MIDNIGHT and we come at 11pm and they ignore us at the drive through. We can see them at the window and they refuse to come and talk to us. Extremely upset and will not come back.

I guess its OK for the money. I just cant see myself giving it more than 3 stars because the food does seem about as cheap as you can get (especially the nacho cheese sauce) and highly processed. If you want better taste and quality then try Chipotle.

I went to get some tacos around 2pm today and there was some young man that was approaching the window coughing. He handed me my food, and I still heard him clearing his throat as I drove away. It was probably my most disgusting fast food experience.

Absolutely horrible. It depends on whos working, granted, but its been getting worse and worse over the years. Hell the one I frequent in Grapevine mall does a better job and theyre always slammed.
