The food was nearly inedible. After reading the reviews my wife and I were really excited to give this place a try because getting Indian food is our day-before-Christmas Eve tradition and we are new to the Ogden area. Ultimately we were extremely disappointed. We ordered the vegetable coconut korma, chicken tikka masala and the mango chicken and naan. The korma tasted nothing like any korma we had eaten before (and NOT in a good way) instead of being slightly sweet it was extremely sour, almost vinegary. It had, what looked like, a bag of frozen vegetables (peas, carrots and lima beans) in it rather than fresh vegetables. The masala was a neon pink color and runny. It tasted a bit off too, but not nearly as bad as the korma. The mango chicken was the only one I actually ate more than a couple bites of. The naan was actually good though. Weve never thrown out left-over Indian food before but this time we did, it was barely edible warm, no one was interested in having it reheated.

Bombay bites is typically my families go to place for Indian food! And in the past we usually had very pleasant experiences however recently the place has gone down hill significantly. Recently we showed up to eat at 4:30 (posted open time) and we were met with a sign saying "be back at five" so we waited, bombay bites is worth it! But not this time.... poor service, our drinks were not refilled once and we had to go find staff ourselves to bring us more rice and to get our bill... also the food did not taste as expected and the portions were half of usual (3-4 pieces of chicken in a large amount of sauce)... normally we are given enough for leftovers but this time we left empty handed because of the now much smaller portion sizes.... do not recommend! We will be staying in logan rather than traveling to bombay bites for future Indian food cravings

Great place for lunch. They have a wonderful buffet and the food has been excellent each of the 6 times that I have eaten there. The buffet usually consists of gravies, tandoori chicken and rice. Last time I was there, I took the whole family (includes 3 little kids) and they were nice enough to only charge us for 1 buffet for all 3 kids. Great food, great service. Will definitely eat there again. This place is one of my top 2 Indian restaurants north of Salt Lake and by far the best value.

Food is meh but a customer service tip: when you close randomly in the middle of the day and someone walks in to your OPEN door because of all the flashing OPEN signs in the window, dont yell at them "were CLOSED!" Maybe something like, "oh Im sorry were closed but well re open in about 20 minutes" would be better. Normally i would wait but were going somewhere else. This was seriously rude and unprofessional. Guess Ill be going to Layton for my Indian food from now on.

This place is A+Mazing!! You cant beat the price on the lunch buffet, and everything is so, so, SO incredibly delicious! The Chicken Tika Masala is heavenly and if you want to try something a little off the wall, have the Lamb Coconut Karma-simply to die for! The Naan is killer, and the Lentil Chips are yum!! Service is great as well! Please give these guys business so they can STAY!

A year ago we were living in Idaho and when we made a visit to Ogden we would make a point to come here. Since then I feel that they have switched Chefs and you can tell that the food is not quite the same. However the food is still good and they have their strong dishes. We love going for their lunch buffet and they let our kids under 4 eat for free. Great value and good Indian food.

Two words: Mango Lassi. :) We went after dinner out at another restaurant and decided not to have dessert there. After driving around, we found this little gem and decided to try out their dessert chops. Their mango lassi was fresh and frothy. Their rice pudding was delicious as well. The service is amazing and it is a nice cozy place to go on a Saturday night.

The food here has been good. I love the chicken Tikka masala. But the service hasnt been great, the owner doesnt want to hire servers. But today we walked into an empty restaurant that was filthy. The owner sat us at a dirty table, we walked around the restaurant looking for a clean one but couldnt find it... we left and are done giving this place second chances.

This place is delicious. The food is really great, much better than other Indian restaurants in the area. Id say youd have to drive to Salt Lake to get anything better. The buffet is always tasty, service is quick, and the environment is very laid back and comfortable. Most definitely a go-to Indian restaurant if youre looking for one.

Very disappointing. My wife and I love Indian food and this was a bad experience. We came in 5:30 on Friday night. The food was barely warm and had little flavor. We chose to do the buffet to be able to try a little of everything. Unfortunately would recommend anyone to go elsewhere. Ogden had many better options in the area.

I really wasnt expecting outstanding Indian fare in Utah, but Bombay Bites brings the goods. The butter chicken was wonderful as were the pakora and garlic naan. I ordered carryout and even after a half hour drive it was delicious. Not easy to find so make sure you know where it is. Worth the drive, no mistake.

This is our favorite Indian food spot in the Ogden area so far. Reasonably priced. Everything we have ordered off of the menu has been excellent, and their buffet is awesome on the weekends. The servers are really nice. The fried dessert balls (I forget what they are called) with rose syrup is delicious.

We were excited to try this place because I was told by a couple of coworkers or was good indian food and bang for your buck. The service was terribly slow our naan was burned and the food was mediocre. Maybe we just went on a bad day Im not sure but I dont think Im going to give it a second chance.

Some of the best Indian food I have had! The coconut karma is absolutely divine.. and DO NOT get cheese naan its so addictive it should be illegal. And the prices are extremely good compared to the quality of food ... quaint little joint that will provide foodgasim again and again ...

This place has delicious Indian food and amazing service. I believe some of the other reviews for this restaurant are actually for a Chinese restaurant that was in the building before it, so pay no attention to them. Try the chicken tikka masala with nan. You will not be disappointed.

$12 buffet. Food had decent flavor, but the tandoori chicken was dry, which by what Ive read online, it should be very juicy. Girlfriend refused to eat; said it smelled and looked awful, and shes never done that in 8 months. Im more adventurous... Happy I tried it; wont go back.
