Chinese Restaurant run mostly by Mexicans with a few white people. The Food itself takes ten or 15 minutes to cook but when it gets busy the china rose staff get flustered and cant think strait. they get worked up and have a short temper. also they crack down on trying to get free soda like you just offended their religion, insulted their intelligence, and their whole way of life. the food is a somewhat cheap on the price but when you look at the menu nothing is really that cheap. the small soda drink alone cost $2.00 plus tax and they give you small sauce amounts and portions most of the time when they dont feel like being generous. the place is good to eat but not great. me and my mom only eat here one every other month.

I order takeout at least once a week from this place. Food is not the best but not expensive. The only thing is the attitudes of everyone working there. Not once that I have visited this place have I seen a friendly smile or gotten a thank you from anyone. Today i simply asked for just an extra soy sauce and held my hand out to get it from the lady and she just sat it on the counter. I felt really disrespected and feel i should take my business elsewhere. No matter how economical or good a place is, if the customer service is bad i wont waste my time or money giving them my business.

My husband and I have tried both the drive-thru and also going into the restaurant to order food to weigh the differences in the service provided. Both options have the most terrible customer service Ive ever experienced with a restaurant. The girls who work there dont greet you, thank you, or bother saying "have a nice day". The food is only alright, and definitely not worth the service you get. Being a paying customer, I expect way more than what we get. My suggestion, if you dont like working with the public, find a new job perhaps?

China Rose 7046 W. Military Dr. San Antonio, Tx Ordered general chicken and sweet and sour chicken dinner with an order of sea food rangoo with rice and egg roll. Was very delicious perfect portions. The meal was hot and very good I would suggust any family or friends visiting Lackland AFB eat at this restaurant. The people were friendly. The dining area was clean and neat. However I did see some food all over the floors in back kitchen areas. Unkept kitchen.

Cant believe it I was customer number tweleve today at the drive thru and the already made a mistake, oh and to say the rice was burn... I call China Rose to inform them and spoke to the owner Vivi she said all she can do is replace the rice... By the time I get there and come back the rest of the food would be cold. Come on lady you would not like to eat cold lemon chicken and hot rice.. Golden Wok get ready you just got yourself a new regular customer....

Had the worst visit, our order took over 30 minutes to get out (sweet and sour chicken and beef broccoli). Every one else food was coming out but ours. Asked the manager(Connie) why are food was taking so long and was told it was the broccoli was being cook. We was not the only one complaining about the service as other was missing food too. The manager never said sorry about the wait or anything. This place has gone down hill and will not be going back.

This place is absolutely garbage. I took one bite of the Pepper Steak and it lack any flavor. Those that say this place is good clearly havent tried real authentic Chinese cuisine and like a previous poster stated have not left the city or state. (Plus, I used go here when I lived in the area and it was decent but thats not the case now.)

I travel 20 minutes to get to this location as it was on my favorites list. Ive ordered the same dish for years (Beef chop Suey) minus celery which Im allergic to, And tonight I was denied that request simply because the order taker said "no I cant I was just told by the cook we dont do that" Years of Buisness I wont ever return.

Orange chkn & kung pao chkn is delicious!! I always pick up bc the dining room is horrible, smells nasty, needs some fabuloso and a good scrubbing. Staff however needs to be taught to say hello, please, thank you, have a nice day! But I guess that happens when u work minimum wage students & adults :/

The WORST Chinese food Ive eaten. Im pretty sure they use frozen chicken nuggets and throw cheap sauce on top. I only ate a small portion before deciding to choose something different. Seriously terrible and with the many other choices for Chinese in the same area, there is no reason to eat here.

Food is GREAT! Location off marbach restaurant could use some TLC, n kids working there could care less about u. No tables for groups over 4. Combination fried rice is soooo good n it comes in the cute Chinese box. Drive thru is usually packed. N located right next to Duncan Donuts.

location 90 and military Ordered the chicken and broccoli it all taste good until I saw a roach never eating here or at this franchise again. Also its so obvious that the rating are also fixed and Im not the only dissatisfied patron cause the site doesnt rate anything less than a star.

Was busy but everyone was working hard to get the food out. It took less the 10 minutes and my to go was served and everyone was courteous and considering how busy they were I think they did better than most places. I come here often and there service and food is always done well.

Been coming here for over 15 years and yes it kind of lost taste but that does not stop me from coming here. Good customer service, my order is always quick and fresh. Not too crazy about using the drive thru tho, can take a little long. Keep up the good work.

Not the best, but far from the worst Chinese Ive ever had. I personally like more seasoning, and that is why I only gave 3 stars. Quick service, good basic menu choices, and a daily special shows why there is a steady stream of customers here.

The food is good but the service is on the down side. They have a lot of younger employees so you get attitude over little inconviences. Also dont go at any lunch or dinner times because you will in line for at least half an hour. 11/18/2016

The food is good. I love the lemon chicken dinner, but the customer service in the drive-thru is horrible. Some of the girls who work there are rude. I get it that its a fast food restaurant, but a simple "have a nice day" wouldnt hurt.

they do use white meat for their chicken, so i will give them a star for that. Besides that, im not too impressed. I would rather have panda express. Also: They do not carry chow mein, or "lo mein" ..only fried or steamed rice.
