I stop by this diner to grabe a quick bit. I was seated on a table with some left over dirty dishes from the previous customer. I ordered a pot roast, cream of turkey soup, salad, hot tea, and a rice potting. The soup came in after 12 minutes. The salad came 17 minutes later. The main meal came 24 minutes later i ate 1/3 of it & i asked the waiter to wrap it up for me and told me to excuse him that things got busy. 13 minutes later he brought me the rice potting & he disappeared & never came back to give me my check nor to give me back my food that i asked him to wrap up for me. I got sick of waiting, 30 minutes later I put my jacket on & i headed to the manager to address my complain & he offerd me some free pastry to go & i refused it. He wanted to delete my bill i told him that i did come here to get charity i needed service & i insisted to pay him. I gave the girl at the register $100.00 but i heard saying that she is going to charge me half of my bill. I didnt count my change & i left. Mr restaurant owner, it doesnt matter whether you are serving one customer or a bunch of customers. Everybody count, and everybody require service, after all you are getting paid for it.

What are the traits of a good, authentic Diner? (1) A Lavish MENU with all types of DELICIOUS, FRESH, nicely prepared foods (American, Greek, Latin, Polish, Salads, Fish, HOMEMADE Desserts, etc.). (2) COMFORTABLE BOOTHS/TABLES in a CLEAN atmosphere. (3) Pleasant STAFF with PROMPT service. (4) VALUE, decent portions at reasonable prices. (5) EFFICIENT management & customer SERVICE. (6) EASY access off a major road/highway. (7) Interesting decor - - preferably Art Deco - shiny, polished steel and interesting accents that remind you of HAPPY DAYS. And finally (8) OPEN 24 HOURS for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert ANYTIME Day or Night. Where can you find this? Park West 46. My family & friends have been coming here for years for these 8 reasons, and we would highly recommend Park West 46 if these traits are important to you too. Buon appetito!

DISGUSTING FOOD. First of all, I asked if the wrap had cheese. She said no. I carry the food take out. Theres CHEESE in the wrap! IM PREGNANT AND CANT EAT CHEESE! Second, the wrap SUCKS. Its not even wrapped together - its a joke, it fell apart. On top of that, I had to spit out the bite I managed to take because of the cheese. Lastly, the sweet potato fries were disgusting. They were hard as a rock. And for some reason I had some sweet potato fries mixed in with regular ones. ARe you kidding ME? I called and told the manager about the problem and they said they cant do anything until I bring back their CRAPPY food. Are you serious??! Wait till I get back in there tomorrow. This PLACE BLOWS. Save your money.

My last visit here was almost very awkward. I wasnt greeted. And the male cashier wasnt friendly at all. This balder gentleman looked me up and down funny like there was an issue and he kept on looking at me. It was weird. I have short hair and I dress androgynously. This shouldnt be a discriminating point as I am still a person who had the same basic needs as any other person. I was hungry. I only wanted food which was just okay. It wasnt all that great. I will not come back here as I am not treated this way any where else. And to be quite honest, I cant understand why this place has four stars. It sounds like the employees write the reviews on here. Crazy.

Food is great the servers works hard would have been s very pleasant experience if only the cashier male would have been great and polite. Wish he knew what he was doing! They do not accept bsnk card only credit card so when my bank interaction payment was decline he immediately assume I had no money and ask for a valid card, if he would have told me from the start.... When I took csdh out if my wallet he grab it out of my hand give me the change and ignored my comments.... They will never see me or my family again and I will never recommend that place to anyone I card for!!!! This cashier should review his manners!

Very poor service ! We were a party of 15 ,12 very hungry teenagers and 3 adults ,waited 1hour plus for a late brunch/lunch . When we asked way? Answer we have to shut down our computer at 2:00 to change shifts!! No orders can go in !!!! Really ?? 2 partys ,one of 7 and one of 8 get there orders 30 minutes sooner ?? Food was definitely very good, Our Bill was over $200.00 .. expect more .... should not have to except less than excellent service !! Park West you need to work on your kitchen service!!! Waitress was very nice. ...

I am passionate about diners. I have been to a majority of NJs top rated diners. The Park West is consistently one of the best. Vast menu. Terrific breakfasts. Great burgers and sandwiches. Some truly gourmet dinners. And... Absolutely the best salads anywhere! The meat, fish and produce are always fresh. Prices are in line with other diners but the portions are larger making the value even greater. A must visit if you are from out of town and want to try a real NJ / NY diner.

Access to this diner is convenient as long as you dont miss the entrance when you head down US-46. We had a big geocaching event here last weekend. I think there was a bit of a communication problem there though because when I got there and asked for the geocaching group, the attendant had no idea what that was. Anyway, I think the food is decent. I ordered the portobello mushroom plate and it was a very generous portion.

The old lady that server us sucked!! She didnt greet us and she seemed miserable. She placed our orders but she never came back to see if we needed anything else or even refill our coffees! The bus boy was nice enough to get us a container for our food.. no wonder they jacked up the price $11.50 for a wrap nothing special wasnt the best wrap. They need better waiters if they still want to be in business!!

Went here for mothers day breakfast. Of course I expected place to be crowded and busy. What I didnt expect was to be shuffled from one side of diner to the other and back. Especially carrying a 30 lb baby. Have some compassion! And get a clue how to run a busy diner! They left a bad taste in my mouth and we didnt even get to eat there. Never again. Poor service is right.

The food is oksy but i get the impression the kitchen probably isnt very clean. Every time im there i get a rude server. Last time i ordered a bacon omlete with white toast and instead got a deluxe cheeseburger.... umm how hard is your job? Was in a rush so ate it and payed with 0 tip. Saw waitress scowling at us through window. Yea, screw you too. Probably not going back
