This store was a disaster. Fries on the floor, all tables dirty and the 3 ladies there were slow. I had to ask for a towel to clean a table. The front counter girl said that cleaning the lobby was not a priority and they were short of staff. When I asked for a fork for my teriyaki bowl the girl at the counter lifted her finger for me to wait. One of the ladies finally came to clean the tables, so we were finally able to sit. (Yes we were standing waiting for a clean table). However, this lady cleaning started handling the chairs as if she was really upset that she was having to clean the eating area. We normally go through the drive-thru. But this time we wanted to have a nice family meal. My grandson loves the burgers there. But we will not return to this location. Upset customer!

I dunno about their day staff, but their night staff is a joke. I work until 930 and a few years ago I stopped by this jack on my way home to work. I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger and Fries. When I got home, the patties were so old and dry, it was disgusting. The large box of fries was half empty with old fries. I actually drove back and got a refund. Ive NEVER had to do that with a fast food place. Well, its been a couple years since Ive stopped by and decided Id take a chance again. I ordered a Monster Taco and a Large Curly Fries. When I got home, I opened the bag to find a Regular Sized Taco and Small Regular Fries. Are you kidding me? These idiots are incompetent and so is the franchise owner.

I stopped for the first time this morning. Waiting at the cash register for at least 5 minutes before I had to walk around and let someone know I was standing there. I called out "hello" at least 4 times before that. Wanted a breakfast burrito but they were out of tortillas. The person cleaning was way friendlier than the cashier. I cant blame her completely, she was the only person running the window and the registers. NEED MORE STAFF AT PEAK MORNING HOURS! I left my home 10 minutes early to be able to grab something. Ended up taking be 20 minutes just to get a breakfast sandwich.

They messed up order even after I corrected what was on the screen, which tells you they didnt read the the corrected screen. Then called to tell them and no one answered and called the next day to have fixed and the manager was not manager material at all. Very unprofessional. When I went up there in person and gave her the order I had she said that wasnt what we told her so she would only replace half of the order. We didnt have a reciept because they didnt give me one, so I didnt have that to prove what it was. Very poor customer service.

Food was ok.... the service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! It took 20 minutes to get 2 flipping burgurs and a small curly fry!!! This place is pathetic, DO NOT GO HERE!!! When they have me my meal, one burger was a basic kids burgers with moody cheese and they gave me normal fries instead of curly. ONE THING ON MY ORDER WAS RIGHT!!! Their staff is a pathetic joke. Their were 5 people, 2 girls and 3 boys. Only one girl was actually trying to serve the customers. Very disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!

I really hate leaving bad reviews but jeez, every single day they are forgetting something in the bag. 3 days in a row now I have not gotten my entire order. I guess its my fault, i need to start checking the bag before i leave the window regardless of how much of a hurry everyone behind me is in. The order is right there on a screen infront of you, how is it so hard to put it in a bag? I see a mess up every now and then but every damn day?

Now Ive tasted my share of rat meat and this place doesnt disappoint. Out of all the four star restaurants in the area they have the most authentic mexican tacos in Tarrant county. Do yourself justice and splurge on the white meat nuggets they are to die for. The service is the best in town. The overweight workers have the most go get em attitude around and the trash littering the parking lot reflects this. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the guilty pleasures from this Restaurant, but this location is always getting my order wrong. Some employees seem overwhelmed at the simplest of tasks, and I am really tired of being asked to pull up front and wait when ordering at the drive thru.

Very slow and under staffed.Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru with no way of getting out because cars were lined up behind me. This is an ongoing thing,consistently theres not one time where service has been quick even when there are very few people ordering.

It is fast food so if you are expecting expecting the best food of your life you are in the wrong place. The food taste better than most fast food the staff is quick and friendly and the place is always clean.
