Ive been going here for 20+ years and it has gotten progressively worse. when they renovated they took away the old world antiquities displayed on the walls and replaced them with modernized photographs of old world people. their menu has decreased in size and quality and the management now doesnt know the first thing about keeping customers happy. half way into my salad last night an insect covered in ranch came crawling out from underneath the lettuce and the manager who seemed clueless as to what to do asked me what I wanted her to do but then limited my options to taking the salad off the bill. which was the cheapest thing on our bill as we had 11 people at our 2 tables. their sangria has no wine in it but a ton of simple syrup and preservative filled juice and the potstickers looked as if they had been thrown on the plate from a distance.

Very disappointed. I ordered the grilled salmon for dinner. There was a two inch fishbone in the filet. I told our server who in turn told his manager. The manager came to our table and offered his apologies and explained that they purchase boneless fish filets but that occasionally they find bones in them. If I had swallowed that bone and it became lodged in my throat, TGI Fridays could have been held responsible for my injuries. One would think that since TGIF is aware that there are bones in the supposed "boneless" fish that they would find another supplier. I have been eating salmon for years and this is the first time I found a bone in it.

Good enough to be called TGI Fridays! Theyve never failed to satisfy in the end regardless of how many times they failed to satisfy throughout dinner. Last time we were there, they comped a steak that was ordered medium and came out Well, then recooked rare, then reheated to medium. Regardless theyre fine for happy hour, their food is good to great more often than not and honestly everyone has an off day. I think it deserves 3.5 stars but thats not a legit rating. Id definitely go back regardless of the steak issue, most servers/cooks are really decent here and that was 1 incident in my last 10 or so trips here.

One of my favorite places. I am a "Rewards Member" so I absolutely love the Nachos and Salsa. Every time I go I like to try a different dish. The only complaint I had was with a hamburger that I wanted "medium", only slightly pink in the middle. When the burger came out it was a bit more than "Rare". I asked for a more cooked one, no problem. My other came out, it was more "Well Done". No problem for me, it was stil delicious. Id rather have it cooked than "slightly mooing". The Manager on Duty was very understanding and my Server, David, was a blast. Great Service.

My GF, had not eaten all day. Ordered a medium steak. First, it was supposed to be a $20+ ribeye. What was delivered by our waiter was a rare flank steak. After waiting 30 minutes for a beer and an hour for that steak, we were not too happy. They took the steak back, burned it. Brought it back to us. I called a manager over. I told him what happened and he did not apologize. He just said "What do you want me to do?". I told him that I was not going to pay one penny for the meal and that I wanted to leave immediately. He grabbed the check and stormed off. The end.

THE WAITER WAS EXCELLENT, I WAS WANTING ONION SOUP A GOOD ONION SOUP, WAS EXTERMELY DISAPPOINTED, IT WAS MOSTLY BROTH, THAT BARLEY TASTED LIKE ONION SOUP, WHAT ONIONS WERE IN THE SOUP, WERE QUITE FRANKLY MICROSCOPIC, LIKE YOU GET A McDONALDs $0.99 HANBURGAR, PIECES OF BREAD COATED WITH CHEESE THAT WERE MEDIUM SIZE AND NO CHEESE COATED OVER THE BOWL, AND BAKED IN THE OVEN. I ORDERED A Ribeye it was good slightly over cooked, mash patatos were good.

I have eaten in this TGIFridays at least a hundred times and have been disappointed once. They got that item, some Korean steak, off the menu. It is consistently outstanding and the wait staff, especially Mia and Jordan, are just so pleasant and cordial and efficient. Dave Dishner, the GM, always stops by to make sure everything is just right.

Freezing cold in the restaurant. Wait staff was very nice. Out of ingredient to make the drink I ordered. Paper towel dispenser in bathroom didnt work. Food was good,-after they took my burger back and fixed it. Cheeseburger came out with all the ingredients on the plate and cheese not melted.manager made it again much better.

This location has great service and food. Wait time is usually under 15 mins. Near the bar can get loud, but dining seating and outdoor seating are at nice level. Family atmosphere, always kids at tables. Jack Daniels sandwiches are delicious! (Fish and chips diner needs improvement. Very oily and chewy.)

Service was extremely fast, and, even though we were on a tight schedule, we were able to eat a few rounds of apps before having to call it quits. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, but I do wish the apps were a bit higher quality. The potato skins are generally lackluster.

My girlfriend and I went last night and had the best ribs Ive ever had in my life. Our waitress was extremely nice. Best restaurant in the area by far. The jack Daniels burger is always my go to but decided to try something else off the menu and the jack Daniels ribs were amazing.

Service was extremely slow but waitress was very nice. Portions were small. Got the mahi mahi and it was so small that should be called the mahi. Chicken was undercooked but presentation was amazing on that plate. Drinks and dinners were overpriced especially due to the portions.

My Caesar salad was practically floating in dressing. The buns for our sliders were blackened. On the wooden frame of our booth, dried droplets of cola or beer glistened in the afternoon sunlight. The waitress was nice enough.

Overall not a bad place to eat. Youll not go wrong here. Service decent, quality is good. Cleanliness is excellent. Cant say its one of my favorite places, but its on my list when looking for a change.

Chain restaurants, you know what to expect. Waitress fantastic with my cranky mother-in-law. Even though the waitress was busy, (this was mothers day,) she went out of her way to please Mom-in-law.

Will not be back. Cheese sauce on the bacon cheese burgers sat in the steam tables way too long. Did not sit well with either myself or the person dining with me.
