If I could give no stars I would! This place is very disrespectful to the customer. On Saturday night at 6:30 I called to order 20 hot wings and a Happy Birthday Pizza for my grandmothers 81st birthday. The girl on the phone told me to hold on while she could see if they could MAKE the pizza?hmm okay. The girl gets back on the phone and tells me that they CAN NOT MAKE my pizza order. I told the girl to cancel my order. YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! While i called back and spoke with who is suppose to be the manager for that night tells me that on Fridays & Saturdays after 5 PM they dont make the Happy Birthday Pizza with pepperonis because they get to busy. I tell the lady then that needs to be printed on the menu and how i worked in a pizza shop and we never once out of the 3 years I worked there did we EVER DENY A CUSTOMER THEIR ORDER.! We would have told the customer that we can do the order but it will be about an hour till it is ready. We NEVER once said to a paying customer that were to busy to make your pizza! I will not be going back to Conowingo Pizza!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1HR 10 MINUTES TO GET FOOD THAT IS FALLING OUT OF THE DELIVER BAG. ORDER TRACKER SAID ORDER WAS DONE AFTER 15 MINUTES 50 MINUTES TO COME 10 MINUTES AWAY. CALL THE STORE TOLD TO CALL BACK IN 5 MIN IF NOT AT MY HOUSE.CALL THE STORE AGAIN "OH WE ARE BUSY" NO OFFER TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT UNTIL I SAID I WANTED TO CANCEL. THEN DRIVER COMES TO THE DOOR WITH MY FOOD HANG OUT OF THE RIP IN BAG. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. DONT EAT INSIDE THEY NOW HAVE A WAITRESS THAT TAKES HER TIME AS WELL LAST TIME WE WENT IN SHE USED MY WHOLE HOUR LUNCH BREAK WALKING BACK AND FORTH TO THE COUNTER.

I stopped in there on Sunday night and was extremely unimpressed. The kid that was taking my order seemed to have no understanding of what a stromboli is. After a total of 6 attempts I was able to convince him that it does have meat and it is not chicken. I finally got my order in and was trying to use the 15% off coupon when the pretty blond girl started telling me that I had already used it (this was my first time there) and insisted that it was my fault. I left without eating there and went to Taco Bell instead. If your employees are that incompetent I really dont want them touching my food either.

Was my first time eating there n sadly my last time. Specifically asked for wings to be well done extra crispy... Bit into my first wing and they werent even done! It was still raw n bloody next to the bone. Wings are to be served with the pizza... Ha got my wings way before the pizza. The pizza wasnt done. The dough was still raw in places. Very disappointing dining experience.

4 out of 5, pizza isnt great, but the cheese steaks and wings are. I was watching Hot Ones on YouTube and really wanted some wings, ordered the hot naked wings delivery not knowing what to expect, and they were pretty good.

Food is good but delivery always takes forever. If you call about your order they give you a generic excuse before they even know who you are. Theres way too many mediocre pizza places to keep ordering here.

The only thing I will NEVER order again is the cheese burger sub. The burgers were taistless processed meat patties like the ones you get from a school cafeteria. NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!
