I dont usually think of fast food joints as eligible for 5-star reviews but I must say this particular Whataburger is consistently excellent in terms of quality, service, and order accuracy. Their sodas are consistently strong and not flat and syrupy like many fast food places. Food is always fresh and made to order. I often see lots of company managers here as if they are having meetings at this location. Perhaps thats a contributing factor. Drive thru is often busy. So, patience is key. Keep up the great work!

We have had a few issues here with our food being cold or wrong but for a while it had been good until yesterday.. there were children not in a vehicle standing at the drive thru menu, had to call the store to tell them which took about 10 minutes, place my order and the young guy that came out said pretty much nothing. Was very unfriendly. They forgot my onion rings and had to wait on those. Food ended up being disgusting and thrown away. Not too sure we will be back to this location.

Ordered a #1 40 minutes ago... still waiting. UPDATE: Finally received food after 55 minutes of waiting. Fries were cold, burger was dry and almost tasteless. The poor girl at the register obviously had no idea what to do. The only time I saw a manager was when she brought out the tray. Serious lack of caring and sense of urgency that is required for any kind of customer service. (Qualifications: over 13 years in restaurants ranging from high volume fast food to 5 star establishments)

I come here often the food is usually good but the service is kind of slow if you come during peak hours like lunch or dinner expect to wait a little bit Ive seen a lot of people in the Drive-Thru just drive off without even picking up the mail its kind of a silly thing to do but whatever the staff is really nice though and bathrooms are always clean for being a 24-hour Whataburger thats pretty impressive

yo i dont do reviews EVER but this older lady with glasses was sooooooo nice ive never had an experience so compelling I felt obligated to write a good review but me and my friends were there late night one night and she took such good care of us. 5 stars to the older lady whos out here taking care of the customers!

So gone here a couple times usually very slow, but its busy so no reason to blame the store. I go in though last night and it isnt busy. So Melika gives me my food quickly except its the wrong food. I then get TOLD thats what I ordered when it clearly isnt. I really believe that better customer service is in order.

I guess they lost my order. I waited 15 minutes and then asked the status. The manager apologized and rushed my order. My order came 2 minutes later. He also refunded my money. Great customer service and thanks for making me feel appreciated. Kudos to Whataburgers customer service skills. 5 stars.

Normally, I dont have issues. But today for some reason, the #5 (bacon & cheese), they decided to argue with me on the phone about it coming with JALAPENOS! NEVER HAS IT COME WITH THEM! Check youre menu MANAGER! Pull your head out of your ass and make it correctly. SMFH

We had to wait for about 10 min. When we first pulled up there was only one car in front of us. We got our food and it was barely warm and the fries didnt seem cooked all the way. I never leave reviews, but this whataburger is always slow in the drive thru.

Their drive thru was so freaking slow. Doesnt need to take 20 for four burgers and some biscuits and gravy. Ugh. This is now the second time I have come through the drive thru and they again took 35 minutes for two burgers and biscuits.

Service here is always great. The cashier actually asked if I have their app which I completely forgot about. It is Whataburger, exactly what you would expect. It is the bees knees my friend, and orgy in your mouth. Sploosh!

Service is fast and accurate. They open up a second drive-thru lane during the lunch rush so the wait isnt very long even when its busy. Whataburger has some of the best fast-food burgers and this location is no exception.

Honestly, its just your average Whataburger. Drive thru is slow and if they make you move forward to wait for your food you will be waiting for quite some time. Drive thru efficiency could use a major over haul.

This location is usually pretty clean! The staff was friendly. I tried the apple cranberry salad and I was impressed with how good it actually was. Looked like a salad from a restaurant not a fast food place.

It took twenty minutes to make my #13 when it only takes three to five usually. The strips were one third the length as they usually are, my drink was wrong, and they didnt apologize or offer restitution.

Everytime Ive gone to this location within the past 3 months theyve gotten my order wrong after waiting an unreasonable amount of time (20+ minutes) even though Im the only customer in the drive thru

Drive thru service is terrible, waited 15 min. for food the when checking it noticed an entire meal was missing which i went inside to get, and when i got home the burger was incorrectly prepared.

Breakfast is great here. I highly recommend the jalapeno cheddar biscuit. The drive thru staff are always pleasant. The burgers are outstanding as well..avocado bacon burger..yummmm!!
