Rude evening managers, if an item is advertised as "save 5.00" you dont tell the customer its incorrect when its on the sign and is an error. Too afraid or fearful to simply own the situation and give the correct savings. Instead they hide behind "corp" excuses if we cant (which means we wont because Im fearful of my boss) it was a 3.00 decision, lol, for me it was the principle I dont like being lied to with false advertising. With Amazon and Walmart leading the field get your act together with good customer service its the only competitive edge left...otherwise Publix will become the Sears of retail demise soon enough. Primadonna managers.

boy o boy where to begin with publix. everytime I go there Im there for like 4 hours. The way the isles are organized makes absolutely no sense. I dont understand why its set up like that. Also can they open more registers, everytime I go there theres like one open, and it takes half an hour to ring one person up so thats another few hours I spend there. Food shopping should not be this stressful.

One particular visit to this location in June 2016 comes to mind. We had a lengthy deli order, and the deli staff was more than happy to help! Great experience in the deli. The cashier at checkout was very friendly and even pointed out that we had an item eligible for "buy one, get one free" and allowed us to grab the second one off the shelf as we checked out. Great customer service!

I find this place to have stock problems quite often. Its the only Publix Ive ever seen with multiple missing sale items and little signs on those areas directing people to come up to get rain checks. Other than that, this is a 5-star business. Great, friendly employees, clean, great BOGO deals!

Needs more dedicated workers. Placed online order to be ready in 30 minutes. Upon arriving order was incomplete, workers were simply talking and had to wait another 30 minutes before leaving. Mind you there was no line. An hr wait for some wraps!
